抗菌浸渍薄木饰面装饰板的制备工艺与性能研究

【摘要】:随着人们生活水平的提高,对工作、居住环境清洁健康的要求日益加强,抗菌浸渍薄木饰面装饰板,用于室内家具及家装,能使居住环境更加卫生、清洁、贴近自然,满足人们对健康安全环境的追求。本文通过纳米TiO2表面改性、制备MF/纳米TiO2复合树脂、薄木常压和真空浸渍、预固化和热压贴面等工序制成抗菌浸渍薄木饰面装饰板。使用KH550偶联剂对纳米TiO2表面进行改性,研究了改性剂的添加量、改性温度和改性时间对纳米TiO2表面改性的影响;制备MF/纳米TiO2复合树脂,研究不同纳米TiO2添加量对复合树脂粘度、固化时间、固化温度和抗菌性能的影响;采用常压浸渍法及真空浸渍法对薄木进行浸渍处理,分别研究常压浸渍中浸渍时间、浸渍温度以及薄木含水率对薄木上胶量的影响,真空浸渍中真空度、真空处理时间和后处理时间对薄木上胶量的影响;对浸渍薄木进行预固化处理,研究预固化时间、预固化温度和上胶量对预固化度的影响;将浸渍薄木压贴于基材上,研究热压温度、热压压力、热压时间和上胶量对浸渍薄木饰面装饰板表观性能和理化性能的影响。主要研究结果如下:1.纳米Ti02经KH550改性处理后,纳米TiO2表面成功接枝KH550,提高了纳米TiO2在有机溶液中的分散性,减少团聚体的产生,较优改性工艺为:KH550的添加量2%,改性温度70℃,改性时间120min;2.纳米TiO2的较优添加量为0.5%,在此添加量下制备的MF/纳米TiO2复合树脂固化温度为123.24℃,固化时间为55.6s,粘度为32Mpa.s,总抗细菌率R总为99%;3.常压浸渍时,薄木的含水率和浸渍时间对薄木浸胶量的影响不显著,浸渍温度对薄木浸胶量的影响显著;真空浸渍时,真空处理时间和后处理时间对薄木浸胶量的影响不显著,真空度对薄木浸胶量的影响显著;4.浸胶量对浸渍薄木预固化度影响不显著,预固化温度和预固化时间对预固化度的影响显著,较优预固化处理工艺为:预固化温度100℃,预固化时间4min,在此工艺条件下浸渍薄木的预固化度为46.24%;5.抗菌浸渍薄木饰面装饰板浸渍时较优真空度为-0.06MPa,热压时较优制备工艺为:热压温度140℃,热压时间90s,热压压力1.5MPa;在上述较优工艺下制备的饰面装饰板各项性能为:色差为5.02,粗糙度Ra为3.98μ m,磨耗值为73.47mg,表面胶合强度大于1.26MPa,浸渍剥离实验每边均无剥离,总抗细菌率R总为99%,根据GB/T 23763-2009《光催化抗菌材料及制品抗菌性能的评价》要求,具有强抗菌性。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of people's living standard, the requirement of clean and healthy living environment is strengthened day by day. The antibacterial impregnated wood veneer can be used for indoor furniture and home decoration, which can make the living environment more hygienic, clean and close to the nature. Meet people's pursuit of a healthy and safe environment. In this paper, MF- / nano-TiO _ 2 composite resin was prepared by surface modification of nano-TiO _ 2, thin wood was impregnated under atmospheric pressure and vacuum, pre-curing and hot pressing veneer, etc. The surface modification of nano-TiO _ 2 was carried out with KH550 coupling agent. The effects of the amount of modifier, modification temperature and modification time on the surface modification of nano-TiO _ 2 were studied, and MF/ nano-TiO _ 2 composite resin was prepared. The effects of different amount of nano-TiO _ 2 on the viscosity, curing time, curing temperature and antibacterial properties of composite resin were studied. The influence of impregnation temperature and moisture content of thin wood on the glue content of thin wood, the effect of vacuum degree, vacuum treatment time and post-treatment time on the glue content of thin wood in vacuum impregnation, the precuring treatment of impregnated thin wood, the study of pre-curing time, The effects of precuring temperature and adhesive content on the precuring degree, and the effects of hot pressing temperature, hot pressing pressure, hot pressing time and glue amount on the apparent and physical and chemical properties of impregnated wood veneer decorative board were studied. The main results are as follows: 1. After modified by KH550, nano-TiO _ 2 was grafted onto KH _ 550, and the dispersion of nano-TiO _ 2 in organic solution was improved, and the formation of agglomerates was reduced.
