废旧纤维制造装饰板材的研究

【摘要】:将聚酯纤维、聚丙烯纤维开松、梳棉、成网、针刺制毡 ,通过热压成型制备装饰板材。研究其成型工艺和聚丙烯纤维含量对材料的力学性能的影响 ,得出成型压力10MPa ,成型温度200℃ ,成型时间4min,聚丙烯纤维含量为40%时 ,板材的综合力学性能最好 ,拉伸强度为41.4MPa,弯曲强度为59.2MPa。
[Abstract]:Polyester fiber, polypropylene fiber open loose, carded cotton, netting, needle felt, through hot pressing to prepare decorative plate. The effects of molding technology and polypropylene fiber content on the mechanical properties of the material were studied. The results showed that the best comprehensive mechanical properties of the sheet were obtained when the molding pressure was 10 MPA, the molding temperature was 200 鈩,
