FCC生产厂固体废物用作脱油剂的试验及两种光固化涂料研制

【摘要】:本文的研究工作分为两部分:第一部分,基于流化床催化裂化(FCC)催化剂生产过程中产生的含大量硅铝的固体废弃物,探索合理处理这些废渣的技术,不仅可以节约大量的资源从而降低催化剂的制造成本,而且可以大大缓解催化剂企业面临的环保压力。本文对FCC催化剂厂固体废弃物进行回收利用,通过处理后制备出新型脱油剂用于水中有机物的净化。在制备工艺上进行了初步探索,考察了操作条件等因素对吸附脱除十二烷基苯磺酸钠效果的影响。在实验室条件下,通过红外光谱、紫外表征和吸附试验等,确定了制备脱油剂的最佳条件:常温条件下,以无水乙醇为溶剂,超声30min,120℃烘干。第二部分,基于紫外光固化技术是一项发展中的高效、节能与环保的新技术,探索了两种光固化涂料的研制。针对人们追求个性化、休闲化,紫外光固化哑光涂料市场需求量不断上升。全哑光耐污UV涂料可应用于地板,家具,塑料基材等表面起到装饰和保护的作用。本文通过对UV光固化涂料影响因素的深入探讨和研究,开发出了全哑光耐污UV涂料。讨论并总结了如何对配方中树脂、消光粉、蜡粉、光引发剂以及成膜条件等因素进行调节,以达到提高漆膜消光效率、耐污性以及抗划伤等性能的目的。通过实验选用合适的低聚物和活性稀释剂的组合,以及使用非黄变型光引发剂和白度较高的钛白粉进行配方的设计。获得光泽、白度、耐黄变等各方面性能较好的UV白色面漆的配方。
[Abstract]:The research work of this paper is divided into two parts: the first part, based on the solid waste containing a large amount of silicon and aluminum produced in the production of FCC catalyst, the technology of reasonable treatment of these wastes is explored. It can not only save a lot of resources to reduce the cost of catalyst manufacture, but also greatly alleviate the pressure of environmental protection faced by catalyst enterprises. In this paper, the solid waste from FCC catalyst plant was recycled and a new deoiling agent was prepared for the purification of organic matter in water. The effects of operating conditions on the adsorption and removal of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate were investigated. Under laboratory conditions, the optimum conditions for the preparation of degreasing agent were determined by infrared spectroscopy, UV characterization and adsorption test. Under normal temperature, ethanol was used as solvent, and ultrasonic drying was carried out at 120 鈩,
