【摘要】:有组织的职业生涯开发,有意识地将人的职业生涯规划与组织机构的劳动力需求相联系,作为提高劳动力效率的策略,企业的全面成功与之是息息相关的。本课题对目前企业职业生涯管理的现状和发展趋势,以及企业职业生涯管理作为人力资源管理的重要组成部分,对企业人力资源开发和企业发展的重要意义进行分析,结合BD广告装饰有限公司的人力资源管理具体情况,对该企业中进行职业生涯管理体系设计,指导员工自我职业生涯管理,完善组织职业生涯管理。在实现企业价值追求的同时,兼顾员工的发展,实现企业、员工共同发展的双赢管理,为现代企业构造新的激励机制,最大限度地发挥劳动者积极性。从而实现企业的持续发展,提高企业员工的竞争优势,面对国内外企业的挑战。 本文第一部分对职业生涯管理理论进行论述,构成对BD广告装饰有限公司职业生涯管理体系设计的理论基础;第二部分对BD广告装饰有限公司的基本情况、市场、人力资源管理、职业生涯管理的现状及问题进行研究分析,为职业生涯管理体系设计提供实践依据;第三部分结合BD广告装饰有限公司的实际情况,对其职业生涯管理体系进行设计;第四部分为职业生涯管理的实施;第五部分是关于职业生涯管理的评估。
[Abstract]:The organized career development consciously connects the career planning with the labor demand of the organization. As a strategy to improve the labor efficiency, the overall success of the enterprise is closely related to it. This paper analyzes the present situation and development trend of enterprise career management, as well as the importance of enterprise career management as an important part of human resource management. Combined with the specific situation of human resource management in BD advertising decoration co., Ltd, the author designs the career management system in this enterprise, instructs the staff to manage their own career, and consummates the organizational career management. While pursuing the enterprise value, we should take into account the development of the staff, realize the win-win management of the common development of the enterprise and the employee, construct a new incentive mechanism for the modern enterprise, and give full play to the enthusiasm of the laborer. In order to achieve the sustainable development of enterprises, improve the competitive advantage of employees, facing the challenges of domestic and foreign enterprises. The first part of this paper discusses the theory of career management, which constitutes the theoretical basis for the design of the career management system of BD Advertising Decoration Co., Ltd. The second part is about the basic situation of BD Advertising Decoration Co., Ltd. In order to provide practical basis for career management system design, the third part combines with the actual situation of BD advertising decoration Co., Ltd. The fourth part is the implementation of career management; the fifth part is the evaluation of career management.
