【摘要】: 21世纪我国已出现在役建筑结构的维修高峰,并将持续相当一段时间,每年维修费用可能高达数千亿元之多。本文广泛收集国内外加固研究成果,对混凝土结构、砌体结构和钢结构房屋的常用加固方法进行了总结;详细介绍了国内外在碳纤维加固、粘钢加固、玻璃钢加固、型钢加固中最新研究的成果。近年来随着工程加固市场的不断扩大和加固技术的不断发展,,一个待加固工程的加固方案往往有很多种,但如何从多种方案中选择技术可行,经济合理,社会效益良好的最合理的方案便成为一个有意义的问题。 无锡红星美凯龙家居装饰市场位于无锡市锡山区政府所在地东亭,主体工程由Ⅰ、Ⅱ期卖场组成。Ⅰ期工程建于2000年,四层框架结构、独立柱基础,柱距8.5米×8.0米,建筑面积79,488 m~2,Ⅱ期工程建于2005年,五层框架结构、独立柱基,柱距8.5米×8.0米,建筑面积68,400 m~2。为了功能需要及适当增加营业面积,甲方于2005年4月提出在Ⅰ、Ⅱ期主体工程之间接建四层过街楼,工程面积合计4608m~2。 本文以该改造工程为研究对象,依据房屋安全鉴定中心对Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期工程的鉴定报告和多年的工程经验首先提出了悬挑法、扩大原柱基础设计和粘钢法三种设计方案;为了选取技术可行,经济合理,社会效益良好的最合理的方案的方案,采用了以价值工程为基础的方案比选优化模型,通过定量分析为主、定性分析为辅进行加固方案比选,综合考虑安全性,适用性,耐久性,美观性,造价,工期及易于设计与施工多方面,选出粘钢法作为本工程的最优方案;进一步应用粘钢法进行了上部结构和基础的加固设计,最后顺利完成改建,达到预期目标。

The latest research results in steel reinforcement. In recent years, with the continuous expansion of the engineering reinforcement market and the continuous development of reinforcement technology, there are many kinds of reinforcement schemes for a project to be strengthened, but how to choose the technology from a variety of schemes is feasible and economical. The most reasonable scheme with good social benefits becomes a meaningful problem. Wuxi Hongxing Meikelong Home Decoration Market is located in Dongting, the seat of the government in Xishan District, Wuxi City. The main project consists of stage I and II stores.
