A建筑装饰企业转型升级的案例分析

【摘要】:随着全球经济的一体化和互联网技术的广泛应用,企业之间的竞争日趋加剧,竞争的形态也发生着深刻的演变。企业面临着的市场竞争已经由二十世纪七八十年代单纯的产品外部形态竞争发展到内部核心形态的竞争。企业要在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地并不断发展,就必须进一步巩固并确立自己的竞争优势,而转型升级正成为企业确立新的竞争优势的主要手段。 近年来,建筑装饰行业迎来高速增长期,其总产值以20%左右的速度递增,已发展成为国民经济体系中的重要行业之一。但建筑装饰企业在面临着机遇的同时,也面临着挑战。在外部环境方面,人工成本及能源、材料价格大幅度上涨,,加上税费较高、工程保证金过高并长期扣压、结算周期过长、社会保险负担过重等原因,建筑装饰工程项目的创利能力不断下降;在企业内部管理方面,企业规模经营能力差、操作水平低,仍然处于传统的运营模式,管理的专业化、差异化、优质化发展能力较低,主导施工技术的变革与发展缓慢。以上种种因素都严重制约了建筑装饰企业的发展,建筑装饰企业必须尽快完成转型升级,进行技术创新、管理创新,以拥有新的竞争优势。 本文结合转型升级相关理论(包括企业边界理论、技术创新理论、核心竞争力理论),初步构建了一个建筑装饰企业转型升级战略的分析框架,并结合该框架,梳理了A建筑装饰企业转型升级的历程,并在与行业标杆企业对比的基础上,总结和提炼了相关理念和经验,对现代建筑装饰企业的可持续发展具有一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:With the integration of global economy and the wide application of Internet technology, the competition between enterprises is becoming more and more serious, and the form of competition is also undergoing profound evolution. The market competition that enterprises are facing has developed from the competition of the external form of products to the competition of internal core form in the 1970s and 1980s. In order to be invincible in the fierce market competition, enterprises must further consolidate and establish their own competitive advantage, and the transformation and upgrading is becoming the main means for enterprises to establish new competitive advantages. In recent years, the construction decoration industry ushered in a period of rapid growth, its total output value increased by about 20%, has developed into one of the important industries in the national economic system. However, architectural decoration enterprises are faced with both opportunities and challenges. In terms of the external environment, the cost of labor and energy, the price of materials, the higher taxes and fees, the excessive and long-term withholding of the project margin, the long settlement period, the excessive burden of social insurance, and so on, In the aspect of enterprise internal management, the enterprise's scale management ability is poor, the operation level is low, it is still in the traditional operation mode, the management's specialization, differentiation, high quality development ability is low. The reform and development of leading construction technology is slow. All these factors have seriously restricted the development of architectural decoration enterprises. Architectural decoration enterprises must complete the transformation and upgrade as soon as possible, carry out technological innovation and management innovation in order to have new competitive advantages. Based on the relevant theories of transformation and upgrading (including enterprise boundary theory, technology innovation theory, core competence theory), this paper preliminarily constructs an analytical framework of transformation and upgrading strategy of architectural decoration enterprises, and combines this framework. This paper combs the process of transformation and upgrading of A architectural decoration enterprise, and on the basis of comparison with the benchmark enterprise, summarizes and refines the relevant ideas and experiences, which has certain reference significance for the sustainable development of modern architectural decoration enterprise.
