自交联型PVC装饰膜用贴面胶的制备

【摘要】：正PVC(聚氯乙烯)装饰膜因木纹感逼真、耐磨性优异以及光泽柔和等优点而广泛应用于木制家具的表面装饰,随着其用量的不断增加,相应的贴面胶用量也同步增长。以丙烯酸丁酯(BA)和丙烯酸乙酯(HEA)为软单体、醋酸乙烯酯(VAc)为硬单体、丙烯酸(AA)和N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺(NMA)为功能单体、聚甲基丙烯酸钠(ART-Ⅱ)为保护胶体、十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)/OP-10为阴/非离子复配乳化剂、NaHCO3为缓冲剂、氨水为pH值调节剂和自制增黏树脂为改性剂等,采用半连续种子预乳化聚合工艺制成醋丙共聚乳液;然后以此为胶粘剂的基体树脂,通过加入自制增黏树脂对其进行改性,制成满足使用要求的高粘接强度自交联型PVC装饰膜用贴面胶。
