南昌康之居装饰工程公司团队管理方案及保障措施研究

【摘要】: 本文针对一家发展中的中小型建筑装饰企业----南昌康之居装饰工程公司的团队管理问题进行研究。论文应用案例细化分析方式,以该企业实际案例为样本,通过与企业负责人、员工的深入访谈,查阅一手资料以及对比分析等方式获取定量研究的依据,提出对如南昌康之居这样的中小型建筑装饰企业如何组建团队,并且对其团队进行优化管理的方案及保障措施,构建符合中小型建筑装饰企业健康发展的高效团队管理模型,论文还通过对国内外团队管理理论的描述,将其与人力资源管理领域的应用结合起来,为解决此类中小型建筑装饰企业目前的团队管理问题找到一个比较有效的依据。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a small and medium-sized construction and decoration enterprise - - Nanchang Kangzhiju Decoration Engineering Company team management issues were studied. The application of case analysis, the actual case of the enterprise as a sample, through in-depth interviews with business leaders, employees, access to first-hand information and comparative analysis of ways to obtain On the basis of quantitative research, this paper puts forward how to set up a team for small and medium-sized building decoration enterprises such as Nanchang Kangzhiju and how to optimize the management scheme and guarantee measures for the team, so as to construct an efficient team management model which conforms to the healthy development of small and medium-sized building decoration enterprises. Combining it with the application in the field of human resource management, we can find a more effective basis for solving the current team management problems of such small and medium-sized building decoration enterprises.
