室内装饰织物设计的研究与产品开发

【摘要】： 笔者自1997年起承担《装饰织物设计》课程的教学工作，这门课程作为纺织工程专业本科的主修课程《织物设计》的跟进课程，，还是学校第一次开设，这就使得本人有必要也有机会去多方面接触了解装饰纺织品及其设计的有关资料、产品、工艺和企业。进入工程硕士班后，跟指导教师商讨，决定以室内装饰织物设计为主要研究方向。之后，笔者在教学任务同时，一方面从理论上分析研究室内装饰织物设计上的特点与要点，另一方面也积极投入到实际开发实践中，积极地与一些企业合作，协同他们设计开发新品，并有一定的实际成效。近两年的理论与实践的结合，既丰富了自己的理论和业务水平，也为完成今天的论文提供了有实实在在的内容。本论文大致包含两大部分内容，概括而言可称之为“研究篇”和“开发篇”。“研究篇”即从理论上阐述装饰织物设计的要点。装饰织物具有装饰性与实用性两大功能并举的特点，因此在“研究篇”也就包括了“装饰织物装饰功能设计”和“装饰织物实用功能设计”两部分内容。理论上分析、阐述了装饰织物花色设计和品种设计的要点。“装饰功能设计”部分又涵概“图案色彩设计”和“织物纹理设计”两大内容。 “开发篇”主要列举了近期开发部分较为成功的装饰织物，包括“多臂方格装饰织物开发”、“竹木帘装饰织物开发”和“雪尼尔线装饰织物开发”三大类产品。论文阐述了主要的设计思路和设计内容。由于设计开发是为具体企业服务的，本着为企业技术保密的原则，一些关键的规格、工艺没有完整提供，请见谅。这几类产品都是近期为企业开发的新品，较为迎合市场，因此本论文具有很好的现实意义。
[Abstract]:The author has been responsible for the teaching of decorative fabric Design since 1997. As a follow-up course for textile engineering majors, this course is the first time that the school has offered it. This makes it necessary and possible for me to have extensive access to information, products, processes and enterprises about decorative textiles and their designs. After entering the Master of Engineering class, I discussed with the instructor and decided to take interior decoration fabric design as the main research direction. At the same time, on the one hand, the author analyzed the characteristics and main points of interior decoration fabric design theoretically, on the other hand, he also actively engaged in the actual development practice, and actively cooperated with some enterprises. Collaborate with them to design and develop new products, and have some practical results. The combination of theory and practice in the past two years not only enriches its own theory and business level, but also provides a solid content for the completion of today's paper. This thesis consists of two parts, which can be called "research" and "development". The main points of decorative fabric design are expounded in theory. Decorative fabric has the characteristics of both decorative and practical functions. Therefore, in the study, it includes two parts: "decorative fabric decorative function design" and "decorative fabric practical functional design". The main points of design and variety design of decorative fabrics are discussed in theory. "Decoration function Design" part also contains "pattern Color Design" and "fabric texture Design" two major contents. The article mainly lists some successful decorative fabrics which have been developed recently, including "Development of Dobby Square Decoration fabric", "Development of decorative fabric of Bamboo and Wood Curtain" and "Development of decorative fabric of Schneier's Yarn". The paper describes the main design ideas and design content. As the design and development is for the specific enterprise, in line with the principle of technical confidentiality for the enterprise, some key specifications, the process is not fully provided, please excuse me. These kinds of products are recently developed for enterprises, which cater to the market, so this paper has a good practical significance.
