新型模块化装饰面板研究

【摘要】:提出一种固定于建筑墙体之上的新型模块化装饰面板的设计,并对模块化装饰面板设计方法的适用性进行分析。选取一室内功能空间的墙体为例,将其进行模块化装饰面板的布设,提出了模块化结构设计与安装方法,通过调整模块单元布局并进行模块连接构件的受力分析。利用新型模块化装饰面板进行建筑空间模块墙体的铺设与安装是完全可行的,具有拆装便利、施工快捷、成本低廉、节能环保等特点,符合城市生态环境绿色发展的理念、国家住宅产业化和建筑节能减排的要求。
[Abstract]:The design of a new type of modular decorative panel fixed on the building wall is presented, and the applicability of the modular decorative panel design method is analyzed. Taking the wall of an indoor functional space as an example, this paper designs and installs the modular structure of a modular decorative panel. By adjusting the layout of the module unit and analyzing the force of the module connecting member, the design and installation method of the modular structure is put forward. It is completely feasible to use the new modular decorative panel to lay and install the building space module wall. It has the characteristics of convenient disassembly, quick construction, low cost, energy saving and environmental protection. It is in line with the concept of green development of urban ecological environment. National housing industrialization and building energy conservation and emission reduction requirements.
