汽车内装饰材料挥发性有机物GC-MS测定和分析
[Abstract]:The volatile organic compounds released from automobile interior decoration materials were collected by the method of constant temperature test box, and the samples were enriched with VOC by Nutech preconcentration instrument. Then the volatile organic compounds (benzene, toluene, xylene, ethylbenzene, styrene) released from automobile interior decoration materials were determined by GC-MS (gas chromatography-mass spectrometry). The detection limit was less than 2.0 渭 g / m ~ (3). Five kinds of automotive interior decoration materials, leather skin, rubber seal, grey non-woven fabric, sponge and instrument panel, were selected to determine the content of volatile organic compounds, and the results were analyzed and discussed. The results showed that all of the five automotive interior decoration materials released volatile organic compounds to varying degrees, among which the thermoplastic material instrument panel released the highest amount of TVOC, and the TVOC release from rubber seal strips was also higher. More toluene was released from leather skin and grey non-woven fabric, while xylene was mainly released from silencing material sponge. The release of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from automotive interior decoration materials is complex. Therefore, it is very significant to explore and establish effective detection methods for harmful substances in automobile interior decoration materials, which are low toxicity and environmental protection.
