水泥基饰面砂浆泛碱影响因素和表征方法及抑制措施研究

【摘要】:水泥基饰面砂浆表面通常会形成由碳酸钙结晶形成的白色泛碱现象。泛碱严重影响水泥基饰面砂浆的观感装饰效果,制约了水泥基饰面砂浆的大规模推广应用。目前对泛碱程度的表征方法缺少共识,影响泛碱的因素研究不够深入,缺少有效的抑制泛碱的措施。本文研究了饰面砂浆泛碱程度表征方法,定量分析各因素对饰面砂浆泛碱程度的影响并采用针对性措施抑制饰面砂浆泛碱,研究结果表明:①基于图像灰度处理技术,可以区分具有不同灰度值的颜色对砂浆泛碱程度的影响。函数=∑r×=255=+15可以较好的表征饰面砂浆泛碱程度,其计算值与实际评价值具有很好的相符性。②随水化生成的Ca(OH)2含量增加泛碱程度成倍提高,Ca(OH)2含量为3.22%是砂浆早期不泛碱的安全值,Ca(OH)2含量为4.82%是砂浆后期期不泛碱的安全值;开口孔隙率的大小对砂浆泛碱程度具有决定性的作用,增大孔隙率会加剧饰面砂浆泛碱,初次泛碱程度与同龄期开口孔隙率具有:Y=2.7016x-35.04976的关系,二次泛碱程度与同龄期开口孔隙率关系为:Y=3.4432x-9.47778;改善砂浆表面润湿性增大其接触角,可促进砂浆表面向憎水性转变,改善其抗渗性有效防止外部水分进入砂浆内部,经憎水剂乳液外涂的砂浆1d和7d龄期的砂浆泛碱程度仅为16.0和5.4,有效的抑制了砂浆二次泛碱;温度、湿度和风速等环境因素的变化都不同程度的改变了砂浆泛碱的程度,其中砂浆泛碱程度对湿度的变化最敏感,温度变化次之,风速变化对砂浆泛碱程度的影响最小。③可再分散乳胶粉和纤维素醚均可以降低砂浆吸水率,它们在砂浆中与Ca2+、Na+和K+等碱离子形成络合物阻碍了孔溶液中碱性离子的迁移,从而有效降低砂浆的泛碱程度,且两种聚合物复掺时具有较好的协同作用;消泡剂使得砂浆更加密实,减少了内部游离碱离子往外迁移的通道,具有明显的抑制泛碱作用,掺加0.05%-0.15%的消泡剂可以使砂浆泛碱程度控制在30.0以内,但由于掺加消泡剂不能完全阻塞水分渗透的通道,抑制泛碱效果并不理想;掺加惰性填料并不能有效抑制饰面砂浆泛碱,掺量超过10%还存在加剧砂浆泛碱的风险,在较低掺量下偏高岭土即可消耗大量的Ca(OH)2,抑制泛碱效果显著;憎水剂内掺和外涂均可促进砂浆表面向憎水性转变,使得外部水分更难进入砂浆内部,进而减轻砂浆的泛碱程度,憎水剂Qg掺不如外涂时抑制砂浆泛碱的效果理想。
[Abstract]:The white ubiquitin phenomenon formed by calcium carbonate crystallization is usually formed on the surface of cement-based finishing mortar. Pan-alkali seriously affects the decorative effect of cement based decorative mortar, which restricts the large-scale application of cement based decorative mortar. At present, there is a lack of consensus on the characterization methods of ubiquitin degree, the factors affecting pan-alkali are not deep enough, and the effective measures to inhibit pan-alkali are lacking.
