室内装修导致甲醛污染的浓度预测系统开发研究

【摘要】: 要想提高中国居民的整体室内环境健康的素质,真正改善人们的家居环境,开发一套方便可行、益于推广、速度快、低成本的“居室室内甲醛浓度的预测系统”就成为了当务之急。这正是进行本课题研究的根本动机。 但是人们对此问题没有产生足够的重视,只是等到已经修建完成之后,亡羊捕牢,这样又花费了大量的金钱和时间,效果又不明显,所以如果能够开展在设计协调中对室内空气品质的预测,对各方都是有利的。 本文的研究思路为:重庆地区室内装修环境污染调查分析—对影响室内主要污染物甲醛的浓度变化的因素进行分析—利用统计学方法建立室内主要污染物甲醛浓度的数学预测模型—整合通风模型与甲醛预测模型,构建室内甲醛浓度预测系统内核—利用C++ Builder软件开发研究室内甲醛浓度预测系统软件—对软件进行评价提出不足之处和改进意见。 本文监测实际装修工程施工期间和竣工后室内甲醛浓度的变化情况,对40户装修住宅室内空气中污染物浓度的检测结果显示,甲醛的超标率和超标倍数最明显,可见,甲醛是重庆城市住宅室内空气中最主要的污染物。而甲醛的长期的主要污染源又是因为板材的释放,因为其他污染源产生的危害在短期内可以消除。通过对新装修住宅,进行装修全过程中室内甲醛浓度的跟踪监测,对影响甲醛浓度变化的外部原因如温湿度变化、通风等因素进行实验分析。 通过对大量的采集的数据的整合及结合前人的研究,作者利用统计学方法得出重庆市甲醛浓度预测模型: C = 0.527 Q (0.102T-1.103)(0.015D+0.175)/1.218+1.071N/G式中C——室内空气质量甲醛浓度,mg/m3 T——室内温度,℃D——室内空气相对湿度,% Q——板材单位面积释甲醛率,根据板材分类等级可知N——房间每小时换气率,0.1~1.0次/h G——单位体积房间所使用板材的表面积板材表面积S/房间容积V) 通过将复杂的通风模型进行简化,将甲醛浓度预测模型与简化通风模型进行整合,建立了以通风模型为最底层,室内甲醛的模型为第二层,室内空气品质等级评价方法、个人浓度暴露模型为上一层次的客观评价的居室室内空气品质的评价系统理论。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the overall indoor environment health quality of Chinese residents, truly improve people's home environment, develop a set of convenience and feasibility, benefit from promotion, and speed up. Low-cost "indoor formaldehyde concentration prediction system" has become a top priority. This is the fundamental motive for the study of this subject. However, people did not pay enough attention to the problem. They just waited until the construction had been completed and the sheep were killed, which cost a lot of money and time, and the effect was not obvious. So if we can predict the indoor air quality in design coordination, it will be beneficial to all parties. The research ideas of this paper are as follows: investigation and analysis of indoor decoration environmental pollution in Chongqing area: analysis of factors affecting the concentration of formaldehyde in the main indoor pollutants; use of statistical method to establish the concentration of formaldehyde in the main indoor pollutants The mathematical prediction model of degree-integrated ventilation model and formaldehyde prediction model, The kernel of the indoor formaldehyde concentration prediction system was constructed. The software was developed by C Builder software to evaluate the indoor formaldehyde concentration and put forward some suggestions for improvement. In this paper, the change of indoor formaldehyde concentration during and after the construction of the actual decoration project is monitored. The detection results of indoor air pollutant concentration in 40 decorated houses show that the exceeding standard rate and the exceeding multiple of formaldehyde are the most obvious. Formaldehyde is the most important pollutant in indoor air of Chongqing city residence. And the long-term main pollution source of formaldehyde is the release of plate, because the harm caused by other pollution sources can be eliminated in the short term. Through tracking and monitoring the indoor formaldehyde concentration in the whole process of decoration, the external reasons such as temperature and humidity change, ventilation and so on, which affect the change of formaldehyde concentration, are analyzed experimentally. Through the integration of a large number of collected data and combined with previous studies, The prediction model of formaldehyde concentration in Chongqing was obtained by statistical method: C = 0.527 Q (0.102T-1.103) (0.015D 0.175) / 1.218 1.071N/G. Mg/m3 T- indoor temperature, D-, relative humidity of indoor air, formaldehyde release rate per unit area of% Q- plate, according to the classification grade of plate, the rate of air exchange per hour in N- room is known. The prediction model of formaldehyde concentration is integrated with the simplified ventilation model, and the evaluation method of indoor air quality grade is established, which takes the ventilation model as the bottom layer and the indoor formaldehyde model as the second floor. The personal concentration exposure model is an objective evaluation system theory for indoor air quality.
