欧式家具雕刻装饰图案的研究及应用

【摘要】：欧式家具的雕刻装饰是欧式家具中重要装饰工艺的组成部分之一。本文从家具的雕刻装饰图案入手，系统的对欧式常用家具的雕刻纹饰进行归纳分析和含义的细化；对欧式家具雕刻用材、手工雕刻工艺和企业雕刻工艺流程分别进行了研究，并对其在现代家具与室内中的应用进行研究。 本文使用了文献研究法对雕刻图案进行了归纳总结，采用了方差分析法研究了图案出现部位与图案类型的关系。在雕刻工艺方面，运用了企业实地考察的方法，并对企业现行的雕刻工艺方法提出不足与建议。在现代应用的研究中使用了卖场的实地调研法与问卷调查的方法，研究了家具购买者对欧式家具雕刻图案的喜好，对问卷结果进行交叉分析并根据结果提出意见。 本文的研究成果有： （1）总结出了欧式家具雕刻装饰的典型装饰图案的分类方式及其深刻内涵，对雕刻图案与雕刻部位进行了定量分析，，得出欧式古典家具对雕刻装饰图案的雕刻偏好规律。雕刻图案内涵的研究为欧式家具购买者对其雕刻图案含义的理解提供理论参考，图案归类与偏好的研究为以后企业对欧式家具的设计与研究提供借鉴。 （2）研究了欧式家具雕刻中的用材和选择方法，对手工艺雕刻的工具和雕刻技巧详细说明，探究企业对欧式家具雕花部分的具体加工流程，提出了对手工雕刻中的采光、环境等的不足与改进方法，建议企业使用先进雕刻机器并吸取技术人才。为企业提高生产效率，实现批量化生产且保质保量的完成雕刻生产具有实际意义。 （3）通过现代欧式家具市场的调研，分析与总结了古典欧式家具的雕刻装饰图案在现代欧式家具与室内设计中的应用现状，了解消费者对欧式家具雕刻图案的喜爱方向。结合图案的梳理与工艺的研究，为企业提供建议，从而更好的顺应市场发展趋势，同时也激起人们对欧式家具古典美的热情，为欧式家具设计提供新思路。
[Abstract]:The carving and decoration of European furniture is one of the important parts of decoration technology in European furniture. This article from the furniture carving decoration pattern, the system to the European type commonly used furniture engraving pattern to carry on the induction analysis and the meaning refinement; In this paper, the European furniture engraving materials, manual engraving technology and enterprise engraving process are studied, and its application in modern furniture and interior is studied. In this paper, the literature research method is used to sum up the engraving patterns, and the variance analysis method is used to study the relationship between the pattern appearance and the pattern type. In the aspect of engraving technology, the method of enterprise field investigation is used, and the deficiency and suggestion of the present carving technique are put forward. In the research of modern application, the method of field investigation and questionnaire survey is used to study the preference of furniture buyers to European furniture engraving patterns. The questionnaire results are cross-analyzed and opinions are put forward according to the results. The research results of this paper are as follows: (1) the classification and profound connotation of the typical decorative patterns of European furniture engraving and decoration are summarized, and the quantitative analysis of carving patterns and engraving parts is carried out. European classical furniture for carving decorative patterns of carving preferences. The research on the connotation of engraving pattern provides a theoretical reference for the buyers of European furniture to understand the meaning of the engraving pattern, and the study of pattern classification and preference provides a reference for the design and research of European furniture in the future. (2) the paper studies the materials used and the selection method in the European furniture carving, explains the tools and the engraving skills of the rival craft carving in detail, probes into the specific processing flow of the carved part of the European furniture in the enterprise, and puts forward the lighting in the manual carving. Environment and other shortcomings and improvement methods, recommend the use of advanced engraving machines and absorb technical personnel. It is of practical significance for enterprises to improve production efficiency, to realize mass production and to complete carving production with high quality and quantity. (3) through the research of the modern European furniture market, the paper analyzes and summarizes the application of the classical European furniture engraving decorative pattern in the modern European-style furniture and interior design, and finds out the direction of consumers' liking for the European furniture engraving pattern. Combined with the research of pattern and technology, it provides suggestions for enterprises, so as to better conform to the trend of market development, but also arouse people's enthusiasm for the classical beauty of European furniture, and provide a new way of thinking for the design of European-style furniture.
