车轮装饰盖零件的注射成型模拟

【摘要】:利用Pro/E建立了车轮装饰盖零件的 3D模型 ,并用MoldflowPlasticsInsight软件对其进行流动、保压、冷却和翘曲过程模拟。在数值模拟分析的基础上 ,得到该零件注射成型的可行工艺参数为 :充模时间 0 3 0~ 0 70s、注射压力 75~ 78MPa、锁模力 3 0 0t、注射速率 410cm3/s、注射温度 2 3 0℃、模具温度 60℃、保压压力 62MPa、保压时间10s、冷却时间 2 0~ 3 0s。
