B汽车站装饰工程项目团队建设研究

【摘要】:在一个工程项目的建设过程中,人的因素是处于核心地位的,一个不完善的团队肯定会影响整个工程项目的进展。但是,传统的管理模式往往会抑制成员的积极性和创造性,很难满足现代项目管理发展的需要。所以整个项目团队的建设和管理就越发重要起来,只有打造一支分工合理、意识优良、士气高昂、技术精湛的项目团队,才能优质、高效的达成项目目标。 本文回顾了国内外团队建设的一些理论研究成果,并对这些理论的实施现状进行了一定的分析,探讨了团队建设工作的要点。并通过以B汽车站装饰工程这一具体项目为实际研究对象,采取调查研究、实例分析等方法,研究分析了团队建设过程中存在的实际问题,阐述了本项目团队建设的有利因素和不利因素,描述了团队提升的主要思路。 在实际研究过程中,本文同时兼顾团队的特点和工程本身的特点,大量运用现代项目管理理论、团队建设理论、组织行为学理论和人力资源管理理论等知识有针对性的、系统性的进行分析,针对B汽车站装饰工程提出了一些项目团队建设的方法: (1)用更符合现代项目管理思想的矩阵型组织结构代替旧的职能型组织结构。 (2)从培训环境改善、人事制度改革、建立职业发展规划三个方面出发,建立符合本项目管理特点的团队激励模式。 (3)针对项目特点,确立一套合适的沟通模式。 (4)建立文化建设管理程序。
[Abstract]:In the construction process of an engineering project, the human factor is in the core position, and an imperfect team will certainly affect the progress of the whole project. However, the traditional management mode can restrain the enthusiasm and creativity of the members, and it is difficult to meet the needs of the development of modern project management. Therefore, the construction and management of the whole project team becomes more and more important. Only by building a project team with reasonable division of labor, good consciousness, high morale and skilled technology, can the project objectives be achieved with high quality and efficiency. This paper reviews some theoretical research results of team building at home and abroad, and analyzes the present situation of the implementation of these theories, and discusses the main points of team building work. By taking the B bus station decoration project as the actual research object, adopting the methods of investigation, case analysis and so on, this paper studies and analyzes the practical problems existing in the process of team building. This paper expounds the advantages and disadvantages of team building in this project, and describes the main ideas of team promotion. In the process of practical research, this paper takes into account both the characteristics of the team and the characteristics of the project itself, and makes a great deal of use of modern project management theory, team building theory, organizational behavior theory and human resources management theory, etc. Based on the systematic analysis, this paper puts forward some methods of project team building for B bus station decoration project: (1) replacing the old functional organization structure with matrix organizational structure, which is more in line with the modern project management idea. (2) starting from the improvement of training environment, the reform of personnel system and the establishment of career development planning, a team incentive model which accords with the characteristics of project management is established. (3) according to the characteristics of the project, establish a set of appropriate communication mode. (4) establish the cultural construction management procedure.
