油菜秆绿色装饰材料的初步研究

【摘要】:对油菜秸秆粉替代木粉与聚氯乙烯复合制备木塑复合材料进行了研究,在单因素试验基础上通过正交试验初步得到油菜秸秆粉与聚氯乙烯置备木塑复合材料的最佳条件。试验结果表明:经过碱处理的秸秆粉可以增强片材的弯曲强度,但是碱浓度过高反而会降低片材的弯曲强度;当PVC份数为240份、DOP含量为30%、稻壳填料配比3:2和加工温度170℃时,所制得的复合材料性能最佳;经钛酸酯偶联剂处理的改性秸秆粉能增强PVC板材的弯曲强度。
[Abstract]:The preparation of wood-plastic composites by replacing wood flour with polyvinyl chloride (PVC) with rape straw powder was studied. On the basis of single factor experiment, the optimum conditions for preparing wood-plastic composites with rape straw powder and PVC were obtained by orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the alkali-treated straw powder could enhance the bending strength of the sheet, but too high alkali concentration would decrease the bending strength of the sheet. When the content of PVC is 240 phr, the content of DOP is 30%, the ratio of rice husk filler is 3:2 and the processing temperature is 170 鈩,
