价值视角下的装饰工程成本控制

【摘要】：建筑和装饰息息相关,建筑行业的发展无论何时都是当时人们对于物质和文化的反应,而装饰更是真实体现了人们对于生活水准的追求。我国的建筑装饰行业和先进的国外相比,不旦是起步晚同时也缺乏专业的理论指导,这样的发展现状造成了成本浪费,价值工程作为一种有广泛应用范围的技术经济评估方法,在美国及欧洲日本已经有了很久的应用历史,在建筑设计评估和成本控制上也获得了很好的效果,在装饰行业上也取得了很多成就。中国的价值工程在装饰行业内的应用起步较晚,发展较慢,更需要结合我国国内装饰行业的具体发展情况,将价值工程运用其中,把设计和成本两者联系起来,创造更大的收益。
[Abstract]:Architecture and decoration are closely related. The development of construction industry is always the reaction of people to material and culture at that time, and decoration reflects people's pursuit of living standard. Compared with advanced foreign countries, China's architectural decoration industry starts late and lacks professional theoretical guidance, which results in a waste of cost. Value engineering, as a method of technical and economic evaluation with a wide range of applications, is also lack of professional guidance. In the United States and Europe, Japan has a long history of application, in architectural design evaluation and cost control has also achieved good results, in the decoration industry has also made a lot of achievements. The application of value engineering in China's decoration industry starts relatively late and develops slowly. It is also necessary to combine the specific development situation of China's domestic decoration industry to apply value engineering, linking design and cost. Create greater gains.
