基于ANSYS的汽车拉杆装饰罩温度场分析

【摘要】:模具温度分布的均匀性是影响汽车注塑制品质量的重要因素,约60%的塑件缺陷是由模具冷却系统设计不当造成的。针对汽车拉杆装饰罩注塑件缺陷部位,建立了塑件缺陷部位瞬态温度场数学模型及求解的边界条件和初始条件,利用ANSYS有限元软件进行分析仿真。结果表明,塑件表面温度为141.7℃,中心温度为229.1℃,温度差高达87.4℃,不满足塑件要求。据此,重新设计布局模具冷却系统结构。保持注塑工艺条件不变,连续抽样3 000件,合格率为100%。
[Abstract]:The uniformity of mold temperature distribution is an important factor affecting the quality of automobile injection molding products. About 60% of the defects in plastic parts are caused by improper design of mold cooling system. Aiming at the defect part of plastic injection part of automobile pull rod decorative cover, the mathematical model of transient temperature field and the boundary condition and initial condition of solving are established, and the analysis and simulation are carried out by using ANSYS finite element software.
