建筑装饰行业要提高责任

【摘要】：正 我国建筑装饰行业自上世纪80年代中期开始起步,从不被人重视的传统小行业,仅20年时间就飞跃成为社会高度重视的大行业。行业产值从几乎为零,增长到8000亿元以上,其年发展速度持续多年达到20％。目前,全行业共有企业近20万家,从业者达1000余万人。但是,随着我国住宅商品化程度越来越高,一些问题也暴露出来,像市场混乱问题,企业诚信问题,材料质量问题等等,涉及千家万户,对行业的发展和影响极大。
[Abstract]:The construction and decoration industry in China has started in the mid-1980s, and has never been paid much attention to by the traditional small industry, and only the 20-year time has become the big industry that the society attaches great importance to. The output value of the industry has increased from almost zero to more than 80 billion yuan, and the annual development speed of the industry has been up to 20% for many years. At present, there are nearly 200,000 enterprises in the whole industry, and the number of practitioners is over 10 million. However, as the degree of commercial commercialization of our country is becoming more and more high, some problems are also exposed, such as market confusion, enterprise integrity, material quality problems, etc., which involve thousands of households and have a great impact on the development and impact of the industry.
