【摘要】：正今天,中国书协召开六届四次理事会。我受中国文联赵实书记委托,代表中国文联向大会的召开表示热烈的祝贺!向中国书协主席团、全体理事并通过你们向为书法事业的繁荣发展做出辛勤努力的广大书法家和书法工作者表示衷心的感谢和诚挚的问候!这次会议是在全面深化改革的新形势下召开的,也是学习贯彻党的十八届三中全会精神和习近平总书记系列重要讲话精神、落实中国文联九届六次全委
[Abstract]:Just today, the Chinese Book Association held six sessions of four councils. On behalf of the Zhao Shi Secretary of the China Federation of Literary and Cultural Affairs, I would like to express my warm congratulations on the convening of the Congress. I would like to express my heartfelt thanks and sincere greetings to the Chinese calligraphy Association Presidium, all the directors and through you to the calligraphers and calligraphers who have made hard efforts for the prosperity and development of the calligraphy cause. The meeting was held under the new situation of deepening reform in an all-round way. It was also to study and implement the spirit of the third Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee and the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's series of important speeches, and to implement the sixth whole Committee of the Ninth CPC Central Committee of the Chinese Federation of Literary and Cultural Affairs.
