民族民间舞蹈教师的专业素质探究

【摘要】:本文中的“民族民间舞蹈教师”特指当今高等院校中职业舞蹈的民族民间舞教师专业教师,授课内容包括各民族的民间舞蹈,培养群体包括民间舞教育专业的本科生以及在职民族民间舞蹈教师两部分。运用综合研究的方法,并结合教育学、心理学、教学法、人才学等学科的理论知识,利用前人的研究成果以及当代教育观念的主张,通过对“素质”、“专业素质”、“民族舞蹈教员的专业素质”三个层次的分析研究,试图全面而系统的阐述专业民族舞蹈教员应具备的相关素质,以及怎样在学院的课程建设中实施和培养。进而帮助民族民间舞教育工作者客观地审视和认识自己的长处和短处,促使其提高思想和业务水平。运用先进的思想、丰富的知识、熟练的技能、高超的能力,自觉坚持民族民间舞教学的正确方向,培养学生的创新精神和实践能力。为更进一步地培养优秀的民族舞蹈教育工作者事业做出积极贡献,并为逐步完善学院的舞蹈教育课程建设提供理论依据和一些具有实践意义的建议。 本篇论文主要包括前言、正文、结语以及参考文献四部分。前言部分是对该篇论文的大致描述,包括选题目的意义、相关的研究动态以及研究方法 正文部分即全文的重点部分,第一章节先从民族民间舞蹈教育事业的发展历程为起点,以舞蹈教育环节的构成要素为铺垫,逐步提出舞蹈教师的重要角色及作用。 第二章节先例举说明广义上的舞蹈教师应具备的素质,再逐步深入明确到民族民间舞蹈教师应具备怎样的素质,为何要具备这些素质,这些素质有什么重要性,并对当今民族民间舞蹈教师的素质现状进行调查和分析。尤其是民族民间舞教师的专业素质这一部分,要重点对其进行论述和探析,并区别对待广义上的舞蹈教师的基本素质。 第三章节主要论述如何培养民族民间舞蹈教师的专业素质,实地了解相关舞蹈教育专业本科生的培养方案和舞蹈院校教师的培养机制,指出所存在的问题,并提出自己对民族民间舞蹈教师的培养建议及措施。 结语部分是对正文三个章节的高度凝练和概括,简单总结之前所论述的观点;参考文献主要分为专著和论文期刊两大类别。从以上内容看来,正文部分无疑是全文的重中之重。笔者一定会实地考察,仔细采访,深度分析,全面解答。利用前人的研究成果以及当代教育观念的主张,借鉴相关专家的意见和建议,试图系统的阐述民族民间舞蹈教员应具备的相关素质,以及从宏观角度对这些相关素质提出实施和培养建议。
[Abstract]:In this paper, "folk dance teachers" refers to the professional teachers of folk dance in colleges and universities. The teaching contents include folk dance of all nationalities. The training group includes undergraduate students of folk dance education and in-service folk dance teachers. Using the method of comprehensive research and combining with the theoretical knowledge of pedagogy, psychology, pedagogy, talent and other subjects. Based on the research results of predecessors and the ideas of contemporary education, this paper analyzes and studies the three levels of "quality", "professional quality" and "professional quality of folk dance teachers". Try to comprehensive and systematic elaboration of professional folk dance teachers should have the relevant qualities. And how to carry out and train in the course construction of the college, and then help the national folk dance educators to objectively examine and understand their own strengths and weaknesses. To promote its ideological and professional level, use advanced ideas, rich knowledge, skilled skills, superb ability, consciously adhere to the correct direction of national folk dance teaching. To cultivate the students' innovative spirit and practical ability, and to make positive contributions to the further training of excellent ethnic dance educators. It also provides theoretical basis and some practical suggestions for the gradual improvement of dance education curriculum construction. This paper mainly includes four parts: foreword, text, conclusion and reference. The preface is a general description of the thesis, including the purpose and significance of the topic, relevant research trends and research methods The main body part is the key part of the full text. The first chapter starts with the development course of folk dance education, and lays the foundation of the elements of dance education. Gradually put forward the important role and role of dance teachers. The second chapter illustrates the broad sense of dance teachers should have the qualities, and then gradually made clear to the folk dance teachers should have what qualities, why to have these qualities. What is the importance of these qualities, and the current situation of the national folk dance teachers' quality investigation and analysis, especially the professional quality of folk dance teachers this part, we should focus on its discussion and analysis. And the basic qualities of dance teachers in a broad sense are treated differently. The third chapter mainly discusses how to cultivate the professional quality of ethnic folk dance teachers, the actual understanding of the relevant dance education undergraduate training programs and dance college teachers training mechanism, pointing out the existing problems. And put forward their own folk dance teachers training suggestions and measures. The conclusion part is a summary of the three chapters of the body, a brief summary of the views discussed before; References are mainly divided into two categories: monographs and journals. From the above content, the text is undoubtedly the most important part of the full text. Comprehensive answer. Using the previous research results and contemporary educational ideas, reference to the views and suggestions of relevant experts, try to systematically explain the national folk dance teachers should have the relevant qualities. And from the macro point of view to these related qualities put forward implementation and training recommendations.
