山东省体育舞蹈资源整合研究

【摘要】：体育舞蹈在我国发展至今已历经三十多年，无论是选手的技术水平还是发展规模都取得了巨大的发展，越来越多的优秀选手在国际赛事中崭露头角，不断进步.在我国经济发达的北京、上海、广州、深圳等地，体育舞蹈发展的更是如火如荼，与之相关的行业形成了产业化的运作模式，组成了较为完善的产业间链型合作机制，良好的促进了当地经济发展。山东省是我国人口大省、体育大省，对于体育舞蹈的发展来说，无论是地理位置、社会环境等都具有非常多的可利用资源，然而对优势资源利用不充分、配置不合理，发展模式单一，没有形成产业化、市场化运作等问题显著，以至于在全国体育舞蹈锦标赛这类高水平的比赛中，很少有山东省体育舞蹈选手能够取得理想成绩，山东省体育舞蹈的整体竞技水平较为落后。本文运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、实证调查法、比较法、定量分析与定性分析相结合的研究方法，对山东省体育舞蹈发展的优势资源和整合现状进行分析，并对影响山东省体育舞蹈资源整合的主要因素进行归纳梳理，进而得出实现山东省体育舞蹈资源合理整合的有效途径。研究得出： 1.山东省拥有诸多资源优势，但是体育舞蹈发展较为落后，在当前体育舞蹈产业化、市场化的大趋势下，我省体育舞蹈发展模式较为单一，相互间缺少交流合作，产业化程度不高，市场化进程缓慢。 2.要想加快我省体育舞蹈的发展，必须实现体育舞蹈资源整合，在资源整合的过程中要健全和完善相应机构和体制，使各部门分工明确，实现我省体育舞蹈资源的灵活配置和有效利用。 3.加强我省政府部门的支持力度和宏观调控，完善山东省体育舞蹈行业协会的各项制度，为我省体育舞蹈人才培养和资源配置营造规范有序的发展环境，是进行体育舞蹈资源整合的必要保障和前提。 4.根据体育舞蹈专业特点，加快体育舞蹈项目基地建设是关键。结合山东省体育舞蹈发展现状，扶持相关核心领导型企业的发展，促进其发挥带动和示范作用，增强体育舞蹈相关产业的创新能力与活力。 5.加强体育舞蹈市场产业链建设，加大体育舞蹈文化宣传力度，，提高其社会影响力，鼓励多元化投资，以产业化带动市场化发展，是促进我省体育舞蹈发展氛围和资金保障体系形成的有效途径。
[Abstract]:Sports dance has been developed in China for more than 30 years. Both the technical level and the development scale of the athletes have made great progress. More and more excellent athletes are emerging in international competitions. Continuous progress. In China's economically developed Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and other places, the development of sports dance is in full swing, and related industries have formed an industrial operation model. Shandong Province is a large population province, sports province, for the development of sports dance, regardless of geographical location. Social environment has a lot of available resources, but the advantage of resources is not fully utilized, the allocation is unreasonable, the development model is single, no industrialization, market-oriented operation and so on. So in the national sports dance championships such a high level of competition, there are few sports dancers in Shandong Province can achieve the desired results, Shandong Province sports dance overall competitive level is relatively backward. Using the methods of literature, expert interview, empirical investigation, comparison, quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, this paper analyzes the advantages of sports dance development in Shandong Province and the present situation of integration. And the main factors affecting the integration of sports dance resources in Shandong Province are summarized and combed, and the effective way to realize the rational integration of sports dance resources in Shandong Province is obtained. The study concluded that: 1. Shandong Province has many resource advantages, but the development of sports dance is relatively backward, in the current trend of sports dance industrialization and marketization, our province sports dance development model is relatively single. Lack of mutual exchange and cooperation, industrialization is not high, the process of marketization is slow. 2. In order to speed up the development of sports dance in our province, we must realize the integration of sports dance resources, perfect and perfect the corresponding institutions and systems in the process of resource integration, and make the division of labor between different departments clear. To realize the flexible allocation and effective utilization of sports dance resources in our province. 3. Strengthen the support and macro-control of the provincial government departments, improve the various systems of Shandong Sports Dance Industry Association, and create a standardized and orderly development environment for the cultivation of sports dance talents and the allocation of resources in our province. Is carries on the sports dance resources conformity the essential safeguard and the premise. 4. According to the professional characteristics of sports dance, speeding up the construction of sports dance project base is the key. Combined with the current situation of sports dance development in Shandong Province, support the development of relevant core leading enterprises. Promote its role as a driving force and demonstration, and enhance the innovation ability and vitality of sports dance related industries. 5. Strengthen the construction of sports dance market industry chain, increase sports dance culture propaganda, improve its social influence, encourage diversified investment, and promote market-oriented development by industrialization. It is an effective way to promote the development atmosphere and fund guarantee system of sports dance in our province.
