【摘要】：由中央芭蕾舞团推出的大型原创芭蕾舞剧《牡丹亭》,是一部用西方芭蕾语言完美地展现东方现实主义和浪漫主义艺术之美的芭蕾经典之作。芭蕾舞剧《牡丹亭》自2008年5月在国家大剧院首映以来,受到文学界、戏曲界、舞蹈界及其他各界人士的热切关注,广受社会各界的喜爱。这部作品在尊重和继承中国传统经典昆曲《牡丹亭》的基础上,力求通过古典而高雅的芭蕾形式表现出来,达到中西完美结合,让中国的芭蕾舞剧走向世界。中央芭蕾舞团立足弘扬传统文化,加强国际交流的观念,带领《牡丹亭》剧组先后在爱丁堡国际艺术节、美国林肯中心、英国的伦敦、曼彻斯特等地演出,这使芭蕾舞剧《牡丹亭》在国外获得不小的名气。该剧在收获经济效益和社会效益的同时,也打响了中国原创芭蕾舞剧的品牌。在搬上舞台已经十年的时间里,芭蕾舞剧《牡丹亭》在国内外多个地区、国家进行展演,并在演出过程中根据演出市场的发展趋势与观众的文化需求不断进行修改、创新,逐渐日趋成熟。本文将以音乐学、管理学、市场学、营销学等多门学科的理论知识作为支撑,从芭蕾舞剧《牡丹亭》的本体特色、市场营销、资金运作及人才管理等方面为研究视角,通过对一手资料的收集、整理和对相关论文的阅读和参考,对芭蕾舞剧《牡丹亭》项目运作手段进行深入研究,为今后同类作品的运作及我国原创芭蕾舞剧演出市场的发展提供借鉴和经验参考。
