“纲要信号”教学法在高校体育舞蹈教学中的应用研究

【摘要】：随着教育改革的进程不断加快,传统的教育教学方法将面对诸多挑战。在国家政策的助推下积极探索和创新教育教学方法来满足于教育教学的要求,缓解填鸭式、拿来主义的学习状态。高校体育课堂是推动学生参与体育锻炼和终身体育锻炼意识培养的场所之一,其教学方法直接会影响学生参与体育锻炼的积极性和自主性。为此,高校体育将不断地创新教育教学方法,不断尝试和借鉴其他学科好的教学方法,取其精华,去其糟粕并应用于体育教学以此来提高教学效果。沙塔洛夫所创立的"纲要信号"教学法所倡导的就是用简单的符号、数字、图表、箭头等形式将所教的教学内容展现出来。既突出重点,突显难点,又通俗易懂的彰显每个部分内在的逻辑关系。该教学法曾一度广泛应用于各学科教学,并获得良好的教学效果。我国的学者也对该方法进行研究分析,并应用于相应学科教学之中。如今,该方法还广泛应用于国内诸多学科,如：算机、生物、物理等等。本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实验法、数理统计法等科研方法,以西南交通大学体育舞蹈公体班学生为例,将"纲要信号"教学法进行了对比性教学实验,在广泛研究、调查和实验的基础上,获得了实验班与对照班的大量数据,并进行了统计分析,研究结果表明:(1)实验班通过"纲要信号"教学法进行教学,学生在学习兴趣、学习态度、学习效果三项指标P0.05表明实验班和对照班学生在这三项指标存在差异,学习动机的P0.05表明不存在显著差异。(2)"纲要信号"教学法在体育舞蹈教学中有利于提高学生的体育舞蹈运动技能水平。通过学生运动技能测试数据显示,实验班学生体育舞蹈技能考核平均成绩优于对照班且在成绩分布比例上,优秀、良好所占人数比例上实验班均优于对照班。在T检验中P0.05表明实验班与对照班有差异。(3)"纲要信号"教学法在体育舞蹈教学中的应用是切实可行的。该教学法把复杂的动作用符号、数字以及通俗易懂的逻辑图表展示将动作以形象直观、简明扼要的表达出来,激发学生的学习兴趣和调动学生学习的积极性,活跃课堂氛围并提升教师的教学方法的探索能力。因此,"纲要信号"教学法很好应用于体育舞蹈教学可行的。
[Abstract]:With the process of education reform speeding up, the traditional teaching methods will face many challenges. Under the help of national policies, we should actively explore and innovate the educational teaching methods to meet the requirements of education and teaching, and ease the cramming. College physical education classroom is one of the places to promote students to participate in physical exercise and lifelong physical exercise consciousness cultivation, and its teaching method will directly affect the enthusiasm and autonomy of students to participate in physical exercise. College physical education will constantly innovate the teaching methods, try and learn from the good teaching methods of other disciplines, and take the essence of the teaching methods. Instead of dregs and applied to physical education to improve the teaching effect, Shatalov's "outline signal" teaching method advocated the use of simple symbols, numbers, charts, The arrowhead and other forms show the teaching content. It not only highlights the key points, highlights the difficulties, but also easily understand the inherent logical relationship of each part. This teaching method was once widely used in the teaching of various subjects. Chinese scholars have also studied and analyzed the method and applied it to the teaching of corresponding subjects. Now, the method is also widely used in many subjects in China, such as computer, biology, Physics and so on. This paper adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire, experiment, mathematical statistics and so on. Taking the students of the sports dance public class of Southwest Jiaotong University as an example, the comparative teaching experiment of "outline signal" teaching method is carried out. On the basis of extensive research, investigation and experiment, a large number of data were obtained between the experimental class and the control class, and the statistical analysis was carried out. The results showed that the experimental class was taught by the "outline signal" teaching method, and the students were interested in learning. The three indexes of learning attitude and learning effect (P0.05) indicated that there were differences in the three indexes between the experimental class and the control class. P05 of learning motivation indicated that there was no significant difference. 2) the "outline signal" teaching method was helpful to improve the students' sports dance skill level in the teaching of sports dance. The average performance of the students in the experimental class was better than that in the control class, and the score distribution ratio was excellent. The experimental class is superior to the control class in the proportion of the number of students. In the T test, P0.05 shows that there is a difference between the experimental class and the control class. 3) the application of the "outline signal" teaching method in the teaching of sports dance is feasible. Miscellaneous movements are symbolized, Numbers and easy-to-understand logical charts show actions that are visually and succinctly expressed, arousing students' interest in learning and motivating them to learn. Therefore, the "outline signal" teaching method is well applied to sports dance teaching.
