北京市朝阳区街舞工作室发展现状研究

【摘要】：街舞从传入我国到现在已有二十多年的历史,而在近几年才真正的扎根中国。随着我国积极倡导全民健身运动以来,街舞开始成为一项集健身、娱乐、竞技、个性于一身的新兴的体育运动项目。作为中国首都的北京更是发展迅猛,应市场需求,街舞工作室开始遍地开花,但是质量有待考量,目前街舞行业已经有了行业品牌,并已开始有意识的去扩大品牌影响力。虽然现在街舞行业蓬勃发展,但是仍然存在很多制约发展的外部和内部因素。本文懫用文献资料法、访谈法、以及问卷调查法等方法,对北京市朝阳区街舞工作室的开展现状进行调查研究,从街舞工作室的经营者、街舞老师以及学员三个方面进行调查分析,旨在了解北京市朝阳区街舞工作室的开展现状,发现其存在的问题以及制约其发展的不良因素,并提出切实可行的对策与建议,从而促进北京市朝阳区街舞工作室的良性发展,对街舞行业的发展有较强的借鉴价值。研究结果表明:北京市朝阳区街舞工作室的开展具有一定的群众基础;街舞工作室的规模普遍较小,多数为独立经营,只有很少一部分是连锁经营,街舞工作室多属于民营性质;街舞工作室没有一个规范的收费标准,参差不齐;除街舞老师的技术能力较高外,文化水平、教学能力、个人修养、亲和力、沟通能力、教学态度等综合素质有待提高;街舞工作室内部管理缺乏规范;街舞工作室开设舞种不够丰富;在街舞工作室参加培训的大部分是在校学生;学员性别比例差距较大;学员对街舞工作室较满意,但还有改进的空间;街舞工作室的规模普遍较小,设备配置不齐全需进一步完善。街舞行业走上正轨,不仅有了行业品牌,并开始逐渐做大,扩大品牌影响力。针对上述情况提出几方面建议:加大政府行政部门的监管力度,促进街舞工作室规范运营;加强街舞工作室内部的有序化管理;提高街舞老师的综合素质水平;各街舞工作室多多巡回授课,全面发展;扩大规模,完善硬件设备建设。
[Abstract]:Hip-hop dance has been introduced into our country for more than 20 years, but in recent years, it has really taken root in China. With the active advocacy of the national fitness movement in our country, hip-hop dance has become a collection of fitness, entertainment and competition. Beijing, as the capital of China, has been developing rapidly. In response to market demand, hip hop dance studios have begun to blossom everywhere, but the quality has yet to be considered. At present, the street dance industry already has an industry brand. And has begun to consciously expand the brand influence. Although the street dance industry is booming now, there are still many external and internal factors restricting the development. The present situation of street dance studio in Chaoyang District of Beijing is investigated and analyzed from three aspects: the operator of the studio, the teacher of street dance and the student, in order to understand the present situation of street dance studio in Chaoyang District of Beijing. Find out its existing problems and the bad factors that restrict its development, and put forward practical countermeasures and suggestions, so as to promote the healthy development of street dance studio in Chaoyang District, Beijing. The research results show that the development of street dance studio in Chaoyang District of Beijing has a certain mass base, the scale of street dance studio is generally smaller, most of them are independently operated. Only a few of them are chain operations, and most of them belong to the private sector; the hip-hop studios do not have a standard charging standard, which is uneven; in addition to the high technical ability of the hip-hop teachers, they have a high level of education, teaching ability, and personal accomplishment. The comprehensive qualities such as affinity, communication ability, teaching attitude and so on need to be improved; the internal management of the hip-hop studio is not standardized; the variety of dance in the hip-hop studio is not rich enough; the majority of the students who participate in the training in the hip-hop studio are students. The gap between male and female students is large; the students are more satisfied with the hip-hop studio, but there is room for improvement; the scale of the hip-hop studio is generally small, and the equipment configuration needs to be further improved. The hip-hop industry is on the right track, not only has the industry brand, And began to gradually expand the brand influence. In view of the above situation put forward several suggestions: strengthen the supervision of the government administration to promote the standard operation of street dance studio; strengthen the orderly management of the studio; Improve the comprehensive quality of hip-hop teachers; Hip-hop studio more roving lectures, comprehensive development; expand the scale, improve hardware equipment construction.
