试论师范院校艺术硕士舞蹈编导方向人才培养三维度

【摘要】：本文以笔者工作的泉州师范学院艺术专业硕士舞蹈编导方向为例,重点阐述培养的三个维度:以地域文化为基础,在深度和广度上夯实、完善知识结构;以创新能力为核心,有针对性地提升专业创新能力;以实践能力为立足点,锻炼学生在艺术实践过程中组织、沟通、协调、团队合作等多项能力,尽可能使其未来与工作岗位“无缝对接”。
[Abstract]:Taking the direction of choreographer of Quanzhou normal University as an example, this paper focuses on three dimensions of cultivation: based on regional culture, compacting in depth and breadth, perfecting knowledge structure, taking innovation ability as the core. Aiming at improving professional innovation ability, taking practical ability as a foothold, training students' ability of organizing, communicating, coordinating, teamwork and so on in the process of art practice, and making their future work "seamlessly connect" with their posts as far as possible.
