体育舞蹈对西安市中老年人身体健康影响的研究

【摘要】:全面健身计划开展和实施使得终身体育的思想已被广大群众接受。进入21世纪以来,人们的受教育水平和社会文化需求的增长,人们越来越注重体育的锻炼,身体健康成为最重要的追求目标。随着时代的进步,体育舞蹈传入中国的发展相比之前有着很快的发展速度,它不再是单一的年轻人的体育休闲锻炼方式,慢慢也在渗透在中老年人群当中。体育舞蹈既有健身作用,又有其本身的竞技属性。现代社会的快速发展,忽略了中老年人群的身体和心理健康,尤其一些刚刚退休的中年人对自己未来的生活很迷茫,很容易出现抑郁,心情低落,在家庭建设方面有着很消极的影响。因此,在提高中老年人们的身体和心理健康方面,应有相应的组织假设和措施。本文主要以体育舞蹈的健身作用为中心,研究体育舞蹈能够带给中老年人身体实质性改善的作用,通过对实验组的中老年人群在参加体育舞蹈锻炼前后的各项体质指标的对比,为体育舞蹈对西安市中老年人身体各功能改善提供更合理更科学的理论依据。本研究选取30名45-60岁的中老年人(女性为主)作为实验对象,实验组每次锻炼时间为80分钟,每周3次。在实验期间,实验对象不能参加任何除体育舞蹈以外的体育锻炼。本文通过文献资料法、实地调查与访谈法、实验法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,对参加本次实验的人员进行为期6个月的实验。研究结果如下:(1)经过6个月的体育舞蹈锻炼,实验组的中老年人身体形态有很大的变化,主要表现在实验组中老年人的体重、脂肪量指标均有所下降,肌肉量有所上升。说明体育舞蹈能在短时间内起到减肥、降脂的作用。长期坚持锻炼可以增加肌肉量。因此体育舞蹈是身体线条变得更加匀称的一种锻炼方式。(2)经过6个月的体育舞蹈锻炼,实验组的中老年人的台阶指数和肺活量指数明显增加,短期2个月锻炼效果更为明显。因此能够说明体育舞蹈对中老年人的心肺功能有较好的改善作用。(3)长期进行体育舞蹈锻炼能够提高中老年人身体素质,锻炼3个月后各项指标均有明显的变化,锻炼6个月没有显著变化但能一直保持稳定状态,说明这项运动能维持机体健康稳定状态,是最适合中老年人有效锻炼的方式之一。(4)实验组的中老年人在体育舞蹈锻炼后身心均得到放松,有着积极的生活态度,社交圈变得更加广泛,还能间接改善家庭氛围。
[Abstract]:The comprehensive fitness plan carries out and implements makes the life-long sports thought already accepted by the broad masses. Since the 21st century, people's education level and social and cultural needs have increased, people pay more and more attention to physical exercise, and physical health has become the most important pursuit goal. With the progress of the times, sports dance has a rapid development rate compared with the previous development in China, it is no longer a single young people's sports leisure exercise, and slowly permeate in the middle and old people. Sports dance not only has fitness function, but also has its own competitive attribute. The rapid development of modern society has neglected the physical and mental health of the middle-aged and elderly people. Especially some middle-aged people who have just retired are very confused about their future life, prone to depression and depression. It has a very negative impact on family building. Therefore, in improving the physical and mental health of the elderly, there should be appropriate organizational assumptions and measures. This paper focuses on the body-building function of sports dance, studies the effect that sports dance can bring to the middle-aged and old people to improve their physical quality, and compares the physique indexes of the middle-aged and elderly people in the experimental group before and after taking part in sports dance exercise. To provide a more reasonable and scientific theoretical basis for the physical function improvement of the middle-aged and elderly people in Xi'an. In this study, 30 middle-aged and aged 45-60 years old (female dominated) were selected as experimental subjects, the experimental group exercise time is 80 minutes, 3 times a week. During the course of the experiment, the subjects were not allowed to participate in any physical exercise other than sports dance. Based on the methods of literature, field investigation and interview, experiment, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and so on, the participants of this experiment were tested for 6 months. The results were as follows: (1) after 6 months of physical dance exercise, the body shape of the middle-aged and old people in the experimental group changed greatly, mainly in the experimental group, the body weight, fat content index and muscle mass of the middle-aged and old people in the experimental group were all decreased and the muscle quantity was increased. Sports dance can play in a short period of time to lose weight, the role of lowering fat. Long-term exercise increases muscle mass. Therefore, the sports dance is a kind of exercise way that the body line becomes more symmetrical. After 6 months of physical dance exercise, the step index and vital capacity index of the middle and old people in the experimental group are obviously increased, and the effect of short-term 2 months exercise is more obvious. It can be concluded that sports dance can improve the heart and lung function of middle-aged and old people. The long-term physical dance exercise can improve the physical quality of middle-aged and old people. After 3 months of exercise, all the indexes have obvious changes. The fact that exercise has not changed significantly for six months but has remained stable for the rest of the year means that this exercise can maintain a healthy and stable state of the body. It is one of the most suitable ways for the middle and old people to exercise effectively. 4) the middle and old people in the experimental group are relaxed physically and mentally after physical dance exercise, have a positive attitude towards life, the social circle becomes more extensive, and can indirectly improve the family atmosphere.
