中老年女性健身排舞参与者锻炼意识与锻炼行为的研究

【摘要】:在全民健身普遍盛行的环境下,我国的老年体育运动也在逐渐趋于完善并出现一股热潮。其中健身排舞运动受到了广大中老年女性的热爱,他们通过健身排舞的方式提升生活的质量,把参与排舞当作愉悦、放松的一种锻炼方式。随着我国老年人口的不断增加,给社会的生产力发展造成了很大的负担。根据人口调查数据显示,我国正处于老龄化的高峰,所以加强中老年的锻炼意识,促进他们的锻炼行为是非常必要的。应该让更多的人参与到健身排舞锻炼中来,促进他们的身心健康、丰富他们的业余生活、提高他们的生活质量。本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法和量表对中老年女性健身排舞参与者的锻炼意识与锻炼行为进行研究与分析,得出以下结论:(1)参与排舞锻炼的人群大部分以中年女性为主,文化程度主要是大学(大专),参与者坚持锻炼的活动年限大多是以1-3年为主,其选择同伴的主要方式是朋友和经常一块跳舞的舞友。参与排舞锻炼的频度主要以每周锻炼2次为主;锻炼时间主要集中在每次锻炼30-60分钟;其锻炼强度普遍是以小强度为主。(2)由参与者锻炼意识的调查结果得出,在锻炼动机方面,参与者大多以健康动机和乐趣动机为主。在不同年龄、文化程度上不存在差异,在其职业上存在显著差异。在主观锻炼体验方面,积极幸福感是三维度中得分最高的,得分最低的是心里烦恼维度,得分居中的是疲劳维度。在积极幸福感上不同年龄和学历上呈显著差异,但在心里烦恼和疲乏上差异不显著。(3)参与者锻炼意识与锻炼行为的关系分析上,锻炼动机对锻炼行为的影响均存在显著相关性,且两者呈正相关。对锻炼强度起决定因素的是健康动机,乐趣动机对锻炼频度影响最大,对锻炼时间起关键作用的是健康和能力动机。主观锻炼体验与锻炼行为存在显著相关性。积极幸福感和心里烦恼对锻炼强度影响显著,锻炼频度受积极幸福感影响;锻炼时间与积极幸福感和心里烦恼存在正线性关系。
[Abstract]:Under the popular environment of national fitness, the sports for the aged in our country are also becoming more and more perfect and have a upsurge. Among them, the exercise of fitness line dance by the majority of middle-aged and elderly women love, they through fitness line dance way to improve the quality of life, to participate in line dance as a pleasant, relaxed exercise. With the continuous increase of the elderly population in China, the development of social productivity has caused a great burden. According to the data of population survey, our country is in the peak of aging, so it is very necessary to strengthen the exercise consciousness of middle-aged and old people and promote their exercise behavior. More people should be allowed to participate in the exercise, promote their physical and mental health, enrich their amateur life, and improve their quality of life. This paper studies and analyzes the exercise consciousness and exercise behavior of middle-aged and elderly women's bodybuilding line dance participants by means of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and scale. We can draw the following conclusion: (1) the majority of the people taking part in line dancing exercises are middle-aged women, and their education level is mainly university (college students). The main way to choose a partner is a friend and a dancer who often dances together. The frequency of participating in line dance exercise is mainly two times a week; the exercise time is mainly 30-60 minutes each time; the intensity of exercise is generally small intensity. 2) from the survey results of participants' exercise consciousness, it is concluded that, in terms of exercise motivation, Participants were mostly motivated by health and fun. At different ages, there is no difference in education level, but there is significant difference in their occupation. In the aspect of subjective exercise experience, positive well-being has the highest score in three dimensions, the lowest score is worry dimension, and the middle score is fatigue dimension. There were significant differences in positive well-being between different ages and educational levels, but there was no significant difference in mental annoyance and fatigue. (3) the relationship between exercise consciousness and exercise behavior in participants was significantly correlated with that of exercise motivation. There was a positive correlation between the two. The intensity of exercise is determined by health motivation, fun motivation has the greatest influence on exercise frequency, and the key effect on exercise time is health and ability motivation. Subjective exercise experience has significant correlation with exercise behavior. Positive well-being and mental annoyance have a significant effect on the intensity of exercise, and exercise frequency is affected by positive well-being, and exercise time has a positive linear relationship with positive well-being and mental annoyance.
