体育舞蹈对西安体育学院舞蹈专业女大学生身心素质影响的实验研究

【摘要】:研究目的:近年来,体育舞蹈在我国发展飞速,学习体育舞蹈的大学生快速增多,专业水平也随之迅速提高。国内外对于体育舞蹈各方面的学术研究也越来越多。本论文的研究对象主要是集中在体育舞蹈专业的女大学生,将对她们进行身体素质与心理素质其中一些关键指标的实验,通过对实验前后的结果做出比较,详细的研究我校开设学习的体育舞蹈对于体育舞蹈专业女大学生身心健康的影响。为学习体育舞蹈的女大学生提供科学的理论支撑,为体育舞蹈运动的健身功效提供科学的理论依据,有利于更具科学性的指导体育舞蹈训练。研究方法:本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、实验法,对西安体育学院2014级体育舞蹈专业随机抽取的12名女大学生进行9周的体育舞蹈专项的教学训练。所有的研究对象年龄均在18至21岁之间,且均无明显的内分泌失调以及相关运动禁忌症,如心脏病和高血压。实验前对所有女大学生进行各项指标的测量,经过9周的教学,对实验所需指标进行第二次测量,并对各项实验数据进行比较分析。根据本实验所需要的身体素质指标,选取了身体形态,心肺功能,柔韧性以及力量素质为测试指标。身体形态包括体重及围度(胸围、腰围、臀围、大腿围、小腿围)和体脂百分比。心肺功能包括测试肺活量及台阶实验。柔韧性包括坐位体前屈、后躯体造桥、双腿前后和左右伸展能力。力量素质包括屈膝仰卧起坐、纵跳和握力。心理素质测试选取《大学生心理素质问卷》进行心理测试,收集应变力维度、耐受挫折维度、情绪管理维度和人际关系维度这四个方面的数据。研究结果:身体形态方面,实验对象的体重、腰围、大腿围、小腿围和体脂百分比有显著性差异,体重降低了1.55kg,腰围减小了1.3cm,大腿围减小了0.79cm,小腿围减小了0.56cm,体脂百分比降低了0.85%,实验前后结果对比呈显著性差异;而胸围下降了0.38cm,臀围减小了0.41cm,但并无显著性差异。心肺功能,肺活量增长了278ml,台阶试验指数相比实验前增长了4.33,有显著性差异。柔韧性方面,坐位体前屈相比实验前增加了3.63cm,后屈体造桥相比实验前减小4.41cm,横叉相比实验前减小了6.33cm,左竖叉相比实验前减小了6.66cm,右竖叉相比实验之前减小了3.32cm,有显著性差异。柔韧性方面,屈膝仰卧起坐结果与之前相比较提高了2.42次,纵跳结果比实验前增长了1.15cm,握力相比实验前也增加了2.42kg,实验前后比较有显著性差异。心理素质方面,情绪控制维度方面无显著性差异,应对变化、人际关系和耐受挫折三个维度方面都有显著性差异。应对变化维度较实验之前提高了4.75分,人际关系维度较实验之前提高了3.5分,耐受挫折维度较实验之前提高了2.66分。研究结论:通过为期9周的体育舞蹈专业训练实验,体育舞蹈专业女大学生的身心素质方面都发生了一些明显的改善。1.身体形态方面,体重、腰围、大腿围和小腿围以及体脂百分比都有着显著性的提高作用,总结得出,体育舞蹈训练对体育舞蹈专业的女大学生身体形态方面有着显著性改善作用。2.心肺功能方面,女大学生的肺活量和台阶试验指数也有显著性提高,说明通过体育舞蹈训练对体育舞蹈专业女大学生的心肺功能有明显的提升改善作用。3.柔韧性方面,通过数据结果处理得出体育舞蹈专业的女大学生坐位体前屈、后屈体造桥、横叉、左竖叉和右竖叉的柔韧性提高十分显著。4.力量素质方面,屈膝仰卧起坐、纵跳和握力的指标都有显著改善,说明体育舞蹈训练对于体育舞蹈专业的女大学生力量素质方面有明显的提高作用。5.心理素质方面,体育舞蹈专业的女大学生经过9周体育舞蹈专业的训练,心理素质方面四个维度中,应对变化和人际关系和耐受挫折维度都具有显著性的提高作用。说明体育舞蹈对体育舞蹈专业的女大学生心理素质方面有明显的促进改善作用。
[Abstract]:Research purposes: in recent years, sports dance has developed rapidly in our country. The students who learn sports dance have increased rapidly and their professional level is increasing rapidly. There are more and more academic studies on all aspects of sports dance at home and abroad. The experiment of some key indexes of the body quality and psychological quality, through the comparison of the results before and after the experiment, makes a detailed study of the influence of the sports dance of our school on the physical and mental health of the female college students of the sports dance. The physical function provides scientific theoretical basis, and is beneficial to the more scientific guidance of the sports dance training. Research methods: This paper uses literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, experimental method, and carries out 9 weeks of sports dance training for 12 female college students randomly selected from the 2014 class sports dance major of Xi'an Physical Education University. All the subjects were between 18 and 21 years of age, with no obvious endocrine disorders and related contraindications, such as heart disease and hypertension. All female college students were measured before the experiment. After 9 weeks of teaching, second measurements were carried out on the experimental data, and the experimental data were compared and analyzed. Body shape, cardiopulmonary function, flexibility, and strength quality are selected as test indicators. Body shape includes body weight and circumference (chest circumference, waist circumference, hip circumference, thigh circumference, small leg circumference) and body fat percentage. Cardiopulmonary function includes test of vital capacity and step test. Flexibility including flexion of sitting body, Back and right legs and left and right stretching ability of the rear body. The strength quality includes the knee crunch, the longitudinal jump and the grip strength. The psychological quality test selects the psychological test of the psychological quality of the college students, collects the strain dimension, tolerated the frustration dimension, the emotion management dimension and the interpersonal relationship dimension. The results of the study: the body of the body. The body weight, waist circumference, thigh circumference, leg circumference and body fat percentage were significantly different, the body weight decreased 1.55kg, the waist circumference decreased 1.3cm, the thigh circumference decreased 0.79cm, the leg circumference decreased by 0.56cm, the percentage of body fat decreased by 0.85%, and the results were significantly different before and after the experiment; the chest circumference decreased by 0.38cm and the hip circumference decreased. 0.41cm, but there was no significant difference. Cardiopulmonary function, lung capacity increased by 278ml, the step test index increased by 4.33 before the experiment, there was a significant difference. The flexibility aspect, the seat body forward flexion was increased by 3.63cm compared to the pre experiment, and the posterior flexion bridge decreased by 4.41cm compared to the experiment before the experiment, and the transverse fork decreased by 6.33cm and the left vertical fork compared to the experiment. 6.66cm was reduced before the experiment, and the right vertical fork was reduced by 3.32cm compared with that before the experiment. In flexibility, the results of the kneeling sit ups were increased by 2.42 times compared with those before the experiment. The results of the longitudinal jump were increased by 1.15cm compared with that before the experiment, and the grip strength was also increased by 2.42kg before the experiment. The psychological quality was significantly different before and after the experiment. There was no significant difference in the dimension of emotional control, and there were significant differences in the three dimensions of coping change, interpersonal relationship and tolerance. The dimension of coping with change was improved by 4.75 points before the experiment, the interpersonal relationship was 3.5 points higher than that before the experiment, and the tolerance of frustration dimension increased by 2.66 points before the test. The physical and mental quality of the female college students in sports and dance majors have obviously improved the body shape of.1., the body weight, the waist circumference, the thigh circumference and the percentage of body fat, and the percentage of body fat have significant improvement. There is a significant improvement in the physical form of the body. The lung function and the step test index of the female college students are also significantly improved, which indicates that the physical and dance training can improve the cardiopulmonary function of the female college students in the major of sports dance and improve the flexibility and flexibility of the.2., which can be obtained through data processing. The flexiability of the female college students in the major of the dance major, the flexiability of the rear forks, the transverse forks, the left vertical fork and the right vertical fork, is very significant in the.4. strength quality. The indexes of the sit ups, the longitudinal jump and the grip strength have been significantly improved, which shows that the sports dance training is obvious to the strength quality of the female students in the sports dance profession. In terms of improving the psychological quality of.5., the female college students in the major of sports dance are trained in 9 weeks of sports dance major and in four dimensions of psychological quality, they have significant improvement in coping with change, interpersonal relationship and tolerance to frustration dimension.
