河南省高校体育舞蹈专业学生教育实习现状调查与研究
[Abstract]:Sports dance, as a fitness and entertainment project, has gradually become a popular fashion followed by the public, and has been loved by more people. Sports dance has sports entertainment, and at the same time has both popular culture and artistry. It is of great significance to cultivate college students'aesthetic ability and improve their comprehensive quality. Sports dance has become the fashion of the present society. It is the perfect combination of "sports" and "beauty" and is one of the sports activities welcomed by students and teachers. Practice, as a key link of University education, has a four-year undergraduate study. Practice is helpful to improve students'professional ethics of devotion, further cultivate and consolidate students' professional thinking, help to cultivate their ability to engage in professional teaching and scientific research work, thus constantly improving their role in practice. Contemporary educators should possess the ability to teach, which is conducive to get timely feedback information to test the effectiveness of schools, so as to carry out better reform to improve the quality of training. This paper makes a thorough investigation and analysis of the present situation, sums up the problems existing in the teaching practice of the students majoring in sports dance in Colleges and universities, and makes a thorough analysis of the causes of the problems, trying to construct a set of scientific, reasonable and practical content system of sports dance teaching, so as to further deepen the sports dance teaching. Based on the investigation and study of the present situation of the teaching practice of the students majoring in physical education and dance in Henan Province, the following conclusions are drawn: 1. The arrangement of the practice time in the colleges and universities of physical education and dance in Henan Province is basically reasonable, but the management system is not standardized and easy to lead to educational reality. At present, there is a lack of a perfect practice evaluation system for the sports dance major, which leads to the interns'inaccurate evaluation of their personal work ability and the loss of original practice significance and value. 3. Most of the practice schools often adopt a perfunctory attitude because they do not benefit from the university. Interns, for the practice school, often change the practice teacher, the student's academic performance also has a certain negative impact, so the interns on the practice school also become a burden, resulting in the practice evaluation system is relatively imperfect. 4. Sports dance students in the practice can not find a suitable practice base, and then the base is not. The sufficiency has caused that most of the sports dance majors have not taught their own knowledge and skills, which is not conducive to the physical and mental development of Sports Dance Majors and personal technical ability. 5. Henan Province sports dance practice Undergraduates'practical teaching ability needs to be improved, sports basic theoretical knowledge is weak, basic teaching skills. Unsolid foundation is a common problem among interns, and the ability to find and solve problems is generally weak in practice. 6. The cognition of interns is low and the working attitude of instructors is not rigorous, which is not conducive to the development of practice work for students majoring in sports dance. Through the study of this subject, not only improved the high level of practice. On the basis of consulting relevant literature, this paper investigates and studies the current situation of teaching practice of sports dance major in Colleges and universities, explores the mode of teaching practice suitable for sports dance major students, and solves the difficult problems faced by teaching practice. In order to promote the reform of teaching practice of Sports Dance Majors in Henan Province, we should perfect the practice evaluation system, attach importance to the development of students'individual ability, and create a better teaching practice atmosphere.
