高等院校舞蹈教师职业情感研究

【摘要】：本文通过对北京地区开设舞蹈专业的九所高等院校的教师进行的职业情感调查,总结出舞蹈教师追求完美、感性单纯、细腻敏感、表现欲强、忠诚度高的职业情感特点。从其形成的原因来看,艺术追求的纯粹性、成长环境的单一性、生活压力的现实性、教学创作的专业性、职业心理的复杂性是形成这种独特情感特色的主要原因。只有通过建立良好的沟通机制、构筑公平竞争的平台、形成尊重信任的良好氛围,科学应用情感特点,加强校园文化建设和提升社会形象来加强教师的情感管理,才能使舞蹈教师形成强烈的归属感、忠诚感和幸福感。
[Abstract]:Based on the investigation of professional emotion of teachers in nine colleges and universities in Beijing, this paper summarizes the professional emotional characteristics of dance teachers who pursue perfection, sensibility, sensitivity, strong desire and high loyalty. The main reasons for the formation are the purity of artistic pursuit, the singularity of growing environment, the reality of life pressure, the specialty of teaching creation and the complexity of professional psychology. Only by establishing a good communication mechanism, constructing a platform for fair competition, forming a good atmosphere of respect and trust, scientifically applying emotional characteristics, strengthening the construction of campus culture and enhancing the social image to strengthen the emotional management of teachers, In order to make dance teachers form a strong sense of belonging, loyalty and happiness.
