狐步舞典型技术

【摘要】：狐步舞在国际标准舞中是风格独具、技术独到、最典型的行云流水般的舞蹈。移动中的托跟动作、反身动作、足跟旋转及斜侧摆荡等独到的典型技术使其营造出无可替代的流动的美。要做到如此妙不可言的美感,需要舞者拥有非常系统和科学的训练方法做指导。笔者在学习实践中发现狐步舞移动中行云流水、连绵不断的视觉效果与空间交换关系及重力平衡关系有着密切的关联。因此笔者开始涉及空间交换关系与重力平衡关系的学习与追问,试图解析狐步舞的核心技术及移动原理,以求更好的完善狐步舞的教学实践。
[Abstract]:Foxtrot dance is a unique style, technique and the most typical dance in international standard dance. The unique techniques of heel movement, reflexive movement, heel rotation and slanting make it an irreplaceable flowing beauty. To achieve such a beautiful sense of beauty, dancers need to have a very systematic and scientific training methods to guide. The author found that the continuous visual effects are closely related to the relationship between spatial exchange and gravity balance in the movement of foxtrot. Therefore, the author begins to study and inquire about the relationship between spatial exchange and gravity balance, and try to analyze the core technology and moving principle of foxtrot, in order to perfect the teaching practice of foxtrot better.
