武汉市少儿拉丁舞培训机构现状调查研究

【摘要】：随着《体育事业发展“十二五”规划》政策的提出,教育部门和各级社会力量纷纷响应,更加关注青少年儿童的体育需求,各种体育机构如雨后春笋般飞速发展。集体育与艺术于一身的拉丁舞更是深受青少年儿童的喜爱,并凭借其独有的魅力在各大培训机构市场上占据了一席之地。武汉市,作为教育大省——湖北省的省会,具有得天独厚的资源,人口基数大,经济雄厚,教育资源丰富,少儿拉丁舞培训机构的发展具有很大的潜力。本文通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、实地考察法、访谈法等科学方法对武汉市少儿拉丁舞培训机构的基本情况、教学管理现状、市场经营管理现状等进行了调查研究,全面深入的了解了武汉市少儿拉丁舞培训机构现状,旨在找出目前武汉市少儿拉丁舞培训机构在培训过程中存在的一系列问题,并针对具体问题提出有效的改善措施,以期为武汉市少儿拉丁舞培训机构的发展提供一定的参考和借鉴,使其得到更好的发展。结果表明:(1)武汉市的少儿拉丁舞培训机构城区分布不均衡,主城区分布较为密集,远城区分布相对稀疏;少儿拉丁舞培训机构规模普遍偏小,其选址主要以商圈、学校附近和居民区为主,分布较为集中,机构之间的竞争力较大。(2)武汉市少儿拉丁舞培训机构中的少儿女多男少;参与拉丁舞培训少儿的年龄段主要集中在6-8岁,最早接触拉丁舞的少儿在4岁左右;培训年限在1-2年及以下居多;少儿参训动机多样,主要以强身健体、兴趣爱好和升学需要为主。(3)武汉市的少儿拉丁舞培训机构中教练员性别比例失调,以女性教练员为多;教练员年龄结构呈现年轻化趋势,且多数为兼职教练员,教练员流动性较大;教练员技术等级水平普遍偏低,参与进修培训和比赛的次数较少。(4)武汉市少儿拉丁舞培训机构的课程设置不够完善,教学内容的选择以套路学习为主,忽略身体素质和基本技术的教学;教学方法和手段过于单一,缺乏创新性和针对性;家长对教练员教学态度的满意度较低。(5)武汉市的少儿拉丁舞培训机构在经营管理上仍处于一个初步探索阶段。在营销策略上,营销策略较为单一,品牌塑造意识不强;在培训服务上,收费不合理,整体服务意识不强,家长满意度较低。针对以上问题,提出以下建议:(1)武汉市少儿拉丁舞培训机构可将师资、培训场地和资金等进行资源整合,实行大规模经营或连锁经营,从而实现规模化、产业化和品牌化发展。(2)重视教练员队伍的建设。一方面,教练员应当不断提升自身的能力;另一方面,相关部门应当严格把关教练员资质的审核,以全面提高教练员的整体水平。(3)规范和统一少儿拉丁舞培训大纲,完善教学内容、丰富教学方法和手段。(4)各培训机构应完善经营管理制度,实现专业化经营管理;创新营销策略,提高服务意识。(5)各培训机构应寻求国家政府和政策支持;同时主管部门也应尽量在信贷和税收政策等方面给与支持,还可通过积极招商引资扩大培训机构的规模。

In this paper, the basic situation, the present situation of teaching management, the present situation of market management and management of the Latin Dance Training Institute of Wuhan were investigated by means of the methods of literature, questionnaire, field investigation and interview. The present situation of the Latin Dance Training Institute in Wuhan is fully understood, and the aim of this paper is to find out a series of problems existing in the training process of the children's Latin dance training institution in Wuhan, and to put forward effective measures for the specific problems. The aim of this paper is to provide some reference and reference for the development of the Latin Dance Training Institute in Wuhan. The results show that: (1) The urban distribution of the children's Latin dance training institution in Wuhan is not balanced, the distribution of the main urban areas is relatively dense, the distribution of the remote areas is relatively sparse, the scale of the training institutions of the children's Latin dance is generally small, the site selection mainly takes the commercial circle, the vicinity of the school and the residential area as the main, The distribution is more centralized, and the competitiveness of the institutions is large. (2) The young children of Wuhan children's Latin dance training institutions are less and more men; the age group involved in the Latin dance training is mainly in the age of 6 to 8 years; the earliest children in the Latin dance are about 4 years of age; the training period is in the range of 1-2 years and the following; the children's training motivation is diverse, The main purpose is to build up the body, the interest and the promotion needs to be the main. (3) The gender imbalance of the coach in the training institution of the children in Wuhan is more than that of the female coach, the age structure of the coach presents a young trend, and most of the coaches are part-time coaches, the coach has a large mobility, and the level of the technical level of the coach is generally low, The number of participants in refresher training and competitions is low. (4) The curriculum of the children's Latin dance training institution in Wuhan is not perfect, the selection of the teaching content is based on the routine learning, the teaching of physical quality and basic technology is neglected, the teaching method and the means are too single, and the innovation and the pertinence are lacking; The parents' satisfaction with the coach's teaching attitude is low. (5) The training institution of the children's Latin dance training in Wuhan is still in a preliminary exploration stage. In the marketing strategy, the marketing strategy is single, and the brand building awareness is not strong; in the training service, the charge is unreasonable, the overall service awareness is not strong, and the parent satisfaction is low. In view of the above problems, the following suggestions are put forward: (1) The training institute of the children's Latin dance in Wuhan can combine the resources, such as teachers, training sites and funds, to carry out large-scale operation or chain operation, so as to realize the scale, industrialization and brand development. (2) Pay attention to the construction of the coach team. On the one hand, the coach should constantly improve the ability of the coach; on the other hand, the relevant department should strictly check the qualification of the coach to improve the overall level of the coach. (3) To standardize and unify the training outline of the children's Latin dance, to perfect the teaching content and to enrich the teaching methods and means. (4) Each training institution should improve the management and management system, realize the professional management, innovate the marketing strategy and improve the service consciousness. (5) Each training institution shall seek national government and policy support; at the same time, the competent department shall, as far as possible, give support to the credit and tax policy, and also increase the scale of the training institution through active investment attraction.
