日本自然主义文学与中国“五四”新文学

【摘要】： 本文以文学现代性转型为核心问题,考察在“五四”新文学的形成过程中,日本自然主义文学给其带来的影响。自然主义20世纪初传入中国,虽然没有形成自然主义文艺思潮,但是以茅盾为首的文学研究会,在其机关刊物《小说月报》上曾大力倡导过自然主义,还曾引起过一场争论。日本是中国接触、了解自然主义的主要渠道;中国从日本引进介绍了日本的自然主义,也通过日本了解了欧洲自然主义,中国现代文学的奠基者们与日本结下了不解之缘。鲁迅、郭沫若、田汉、郁达夫、成仿吾等的人文学活动和辉煌业绩都离不开他们在日本学习和从事文学活动这一重要原因。他们留学日本的时期又恰逢自然主义文学在日本文坛占据主流。可以说,日本自然主义与中国“五四”新文学之间存在着非常密切的联系。但是,较之日本的启蒙主义、现实主义、浪漫主义、新浪漫主义、左翼文艺思潮与中国现代文学的关系研究而言,日本自然主义与中国现代文学的关系研究十分薄弱的。鉴于此,笔者以中国“五四”新文学运动为背景,整体研究与个案研究相结合,探讨日本自然主义文学与中国“五四”新文学之关系,并力图作出客观性的评价和分析。
[Abstract]:With the transformation of literary modernity as the core issue, this paper examines the influence of Japanese naturalistic literature on the formation of the May 4th New Literature. Naturalism was introduced into China at the beginning of the 20th century, although it did not form a trend of naturalism in literature and art, but Mao Dun's literary research association, led by Mao Dun, strongly advocated naturalism and caused a controversy in its official publication, the monthly Fiction. Japan is the main channel for China to contact and understand naturalism; China introduced Japanese naturalism from Japan, and also understood European naturalism through Japan, and the founders of modern Chinese literature formed an inextricable bond with Japan. Lu Xun, Guo Moruo, Tian Han, Yu Dafu, Cheng Fangwu and so on are inseparable from the important reason that they study and engage in literary activities in Japan. Their study in Japan also coincided with the naturalistic literature in the mainstream of Japanese literature. It can be said that there is a very close relationship between Japanese naturalism and Chinese May 4th literature. However, compared with Japanese enlightenment, realism, romanticism, neo-romanticism, left-wing literary trends and modern Chinese literature, the study of the relationship between Japanese naturalism and modern Chinese literature is very weak. In view of this, the author, with the background of the New Literature Movement of the May 4th Movement of China, combines the whole study with the case study, probes into the relationship between Japanese naturalistic literature and the new literature of the May 4th Movement of China, and tries to make an objective evaluation and analysis.
