问题与展望——2012中国艺术教育整体发展要况

【摘要】：正1999年美育正式列入素质教育的有机组成部分,《中共中央国务院关于深化教育体制改革全面推进素质教育的决定》提出了"德、智、体、美全面发展",2002年教育部发布《学校艺术教育工作规程》、《全国学校艺术教育发展规划(2001-2010)》,2006年教育部颁布《全国普通高等学校艺术类课程指导方案》,这些举措确立了艺术教育在中国教育体制中具有重要的构成地位。[1]
[Abstract]:In 1999, aesthetic education was formally included as an organic part of quality education. The decision of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on deepening the reform of the educational system to comprehensively promote quality education put forward the "comprehensive development of morality, intelligence, physical, and beauty." In 2002, the Ministry of Education issued the "rules for School Art Education", the "National School Art Education Development Plan (2001-2010)", and in 2006 the Ministry of Education promulgated the "National Art Curriculum guidance Program for General institutions of higher Learning". These measures have established that art education plays an important role in the Chinese educational system. [1]
