当代中国高校艺术类学生人文素质的培养

【摘要】: 由于招生政策的偏差、艺术教育的失误、市场经济的负面影响及艺术界消极现象的影响,当代高校艺术类学生中出现了人文知识匮乏、道德观念模糊、审美情趣低俗、哲学思维缺失、人文精神淡薄等明显的人文素质缺失现象。因此加强艺术类学生的人文素质培养已成为高校的一项重要课题。 高校艺术类学生的人文素质培养有着十分重要的意义。这是培养艺术人才的内在要求,,是促进学生立身成人的关键措施,提高学生专业水平的重要手段,加强学生艺德修养的必要途径。同时,也是发展民族艺术的基础工程,是弘扬民族艺术人文传统的迫切需要,借鉴各国优秀艺术成果的必要条件,提高民族艺术创新能力的重要支撑。 切实加强高校艺术类学生的人文素质培养,就要更新艺术教育理念,尤其要明确艺术专业的人文学科性质,坚持以学生为本的办学思想,确立促进学生全面、协调、可持续发展的教育目标;要改革专业培养模式,明确人文素质培养目标,调整专业课程设置,运用人文化的教育方法;要加强校园文化建设,着力弘扬人文精神,丰富文化活动,完善校园规范,把人文素质培养渗透到校园文化建设的各个方面;要营造正确的社会舆论,端正家长的教育观念,纠正中学应试教育的倾向,以优化艺术教育的环境。
[Abstract]:As a result of the deviation of enrollment policy, the error of art education, the negative influence of market economy and the negative phenomenon of art circle, the contemporary art students in colleges and universities have appeared the lack of humanistic knowledge, the vague moral concept and the vulgar aesthetic taste. Lack of philosophical thinking, weak humanistic spirit, such as the obvious lack of humanistic quality phenomenon. Therefore, strengthening the humanistic quality of art students has become an important subject in colleges and universities. It is of great significance to cultivate the humanistic quality of art students in colleges and universities. This is the inherent requirement of cultivating artistic talents, the key measures to promote students to become adults, the important means to improve students' professional level, and the necessary ways to strengthen students' cultivation of arts and morality. At the same time, it is also the basic project of the development of national art, the urgent need to carry forward the traditional humanities of national art, the necessary conditions for drawing lessons from the outstanding artistic achievements of various countries, and the important support for improving the ability of national art innovation. In order to strengthen the cultivation of humanistic quality of art students in colleges and universities, we must renew the concept of art education, in particular, we should make clear the nature of the humanities of art majors, adhere to the student-oriented idea of running a school, and establish a comprehensive and coordinated approach to promoting students. Education goals for sustainable development; It is necessary to reform the training mode of specialty, clarify the goal of cultivating humanistic quality, adjust the curriculum of specialty, and apply the educational method of human culture. It is necessary to strengthen the construction of campus culture, carry forward the humanistic spirit, enrich cultural activities, perfect campus norms, and infiltrate the cultivation of humanistic quality into all aspects of campus cultural construction. It is necessary to create correct public opinion, correct parents' educational concept, correct the tendency of examination-oriented education in middle schools, and optimize the environment of art education.
