【摘要】： 本文是针对我国当下商业演出中保险的购买现状而做的一篇对策性研究类文章。文章借助风险管理学理论,运用风险管理学中的分析方法,通过对我国商业演出市场中保险购买状况的定性、定量分析,进而试图提出一些合理的、切实可用的保险购买策略。文章分为三个部分：第一章主要是对文中所涉及到的概念进行界定,这些界定包括风险管理、保险、以及商业演出。由于本文的一个重要前提是演出商把追求经济利益的最大化作为其承办演出的根本目的,而现今许多的演出都是公益性质的,并不符合此前提,因此在这部分,我着重对文中将要讨论的商业演出做了必要的界定。第二章包含了两部分的内容,第一部分对国内商业演出保险的发展历程进行了简单的梳理；第二部分借助于风险管理学的分析方法,分别对商业演出中存在的风险以及演出市场对保险的供给需求进行了具体而详细的分析,找出并分析了存在于我国商业演出保险市场的主要问题。第三章我根据前章的分析结果,首先总结出了适用于当前我国商业演出中的保险购买原则,然后我对国内可供商业演出购买的保险险种进行了分析,进而提出了具体在商业演出中应该借鉴的保险购买策略,并给出了一些综合性的建议。
[Abstract]:This paper is based on the status of the purchase of insurance business performance in China and do a research on the countermeasures. With the help of the theory of risk management, the use of management risk analysis methodology, through quantitative analysis on China's commercial performance qualitatively, buy in the insurance market, and then tries to put forward some reasonable. Practical insurance purchasing strategy. The article is divided into three parts:
The first chapter mainly defines the concepts involved in this paper, the definition of risk management, insurance, and business performance. As an important premise of this paper is the fundamental purpose of maximizing the performance taking the pursuit of economic interests for the host the show, and now many of the performances are public nature, does not comply with this premise, so in this part, I focus on the discussion of business performance to do the necessary limits.
The second chapter consists of two parts, the first part of the development course of domestic commercial performance insurance is a simple sort; second part by means of the method of risk management, supply and demand risk in the business performance and the performance of the insurance market are analyzed detailed, identify and analysis the main problems existing in China's commercial insurance market.
The third chapter according to the analysis results of the previous chapter firstly summarizes the current our country is suitable for commercial production of the insurance principle, then I can buy for commercial performances of domestic insurance are analyzed, and puts forward specific strategies in the purchase of commercial performance should learn from the insurance, and gives some comprehensive the proposal.
