跨文化语境下藏族史诗《格萨尔》英译比较研究

【摘要】：《格萨尔》是一部藏族长篇英雄史诗,得到了众多翻译界学者的关注,并将其英译成多个版本。在众多《格萨尔》英译版本中,大卫·尼尔、道格拉斯·潘尼克和王国振三个英译本是众多英译本中最能还原《格萨尔》当时的社会历史文化背景,同时也是影响力最为广泛的三个版本。在此从跨文化语境的视角,介绍了这三个英译本的基本情况,并进一步从翻译特色和译本类型的角度对这三个英译本进行比较分析。
[Abstract]:"Gesar" is a long Tibetan heroic epic that has attracted the attention of many translation scholars and translated it into many versions. Among the many English versions of "Gesar", David Neill. The three English versions, Dogas Panick and Wang Guozhen, are the three most influential versions of Gesar's social, historical and cultural background, from the perspective of cross-cultural context. This paper introduces the basic situation of the three English versions and makes a comparative analysis of the three English versions from the perspectives of translation characteristics and translation types.
