《白虎关》（第二十八章）翻译实践报告

【摘要】：本文是对雪漠的小说作品《白虎关》的汉英翻译报告。本翻译项目的研究目的在于通过本项目为乡土文学的翻译提供一些可用的借鉴。首先在译前分析阶段,本文通过对《白虎关》的文体特征进行分析,得出了它作为翻译文本具有以下特点:1.最典型的特点是凉州方言口语的使用;2叠词的使用具有音韵美;3.修辞的使用浅显易懂,使人容易接受4.俗语的使用形象通俗,结构稳定5.粗俗语的使用贴近生活。针对以上特点,本文采用关联理论作为指导理论,在翻译过程中笔者使用了直译法、意译法、音译法、省译法、直译加注法、音译加注法、替换法等翻译方法,重点解决了方言、俗语、粗俗语、叠词、修辞的翻译问题。本文在关联理论指导下对乡土文学的翻译是一种新的尝试。关联理论指导下的乡土文学的英译能让英语读者欣赏到中国优秀的乡土文学作品,进一步了解乡土文学,突出其在文学领域的重要地位,同时有利于外国读者更好地了解中国的传统文化促进中外文化交流。此外,通过翻译实践笔者对于乡土文学有了更深的了解,能够在关联理论指导下解决乡土文学翻译中遇到的困难,诸如对方言、俗语、粗俗语、叠词等进行翻译,做到最佳关联。
[Abstract]:This paper is a Chinese-English translation report on Snow Mu's novel Bai Huguan. The purpose of this translation project is to provide some useful references for the translation of local literature through this project. Based on the analysis of the stylistic features of Bai Hu Guan, this paper concludes that as a translated text, it has the following characteristics: 1. The most typical feature is that the use of liangzhou dialect is characterized by the use of rhyme and rhyme. 3. The use of rhetoric is easy to understand. The usage of vulgar language is close to life. In view of the above characteristics, the relevance theory is used as the guiding theory, and the author uses literal translation method and free translation method in the process of translation. Transliteration method, provincial translation method, literal translation plus method, transliteration plus note method, substitution method and other translation methods have solved the problems of dialect, colloquial, vulgar language, reduplicated words, etc. Translation of rhetoric. Under the guidance of relevance theory, this paper is a new attempt to translate local literature. The translation of local literature under the guidance of relevance theory can make English readers appreciate China's excellent local literature works. To further understand local literature, highlight its important position in the field of literature, and at the same time help foreign readers better understand China's traditional culture and promote cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries. Through translation practice, the author has a deeper understanding of local literature, and can solve the difficulties encountered in the translation of local literature under the guidance of relevance theory, such as translating dialects, colloquial phrases, vulgar words, repetition words and so on, in order to achieve the best relevance.
