顺应论视角下《夏洛的网》两个中译本对比研究

【摘要】：《夏洛的网》是美国作家E.B.怀特最富盛名的儿童文学,有着极高的文学价值和艺术魅力。这部小说在中国大陆有两个译本,分别是由康馨所译的1979年译本和任溶溶所译的2008年译本。两译本自发行以来就受到世人追捧,对它们的研究也层出不穷。然而鲜少有人从翻译角度对它们进行对比研究,从顺应论角度的研究更是凤毛麟角。鉴于此,本文探讨顺应论视角下《夏洛的网》两个中译本的对比研究。顺应论从语用学角度把语言使用看作是一个不断选择和动态顺应的过程。在翻译过程中,译文语言的选择也是动态顺应的过程。本文从顺应论四个研究维度出发,分析康馨译本和任溶溶译本,对比两译本如何在语境关系、语言结构和翻译过程的意识程度方面动态顺应儿童认知、语言特点和原文本。首先,在语境关系方面,分别对两译本在物理世界,社交世界和心理世界方面的顺应进行了对比。其次,在语言结构方面,分析了两译本对原文风格及语言语音、词汇和句子层面上的顺应。再次,在动态顺应方面,对比了两译文在时间语境和语言结构方面的动态顺应。最后,在顺应过程中的意识程度方面,主要探讨了两译本如何根据翻译的目的和读者的反应来做出选择。通过运用顺应论对《夏洛的网》两中译本的对比分析,本文发现如下三条结论:其一,在顺应论的四个研究维度指导下,发现任溶溶译本在顺应儿童认知能力、语言风格和原文本上更胜一筹。其二,运用顺应论对《夏洛的网》的两个中译本的对比分析,证明了顺应论对儿童文学翻译的指导和评价作用,扩大了顺应论的适用范围。最后,本文运用顺应论对《夏洛的网》这一经典儿童文学作品进行翻译研究,也为其他儿童文学翻译研究提供理论借鉴和参考。
[Abstract]:< Charlotte's net > is the most famous child literature of American writer E.B. White. It has high literary value and artistic charm. This novel has two translations in mainland China, namely, the 1979 translation of Kang Xin and the 2008 translation translated by dissolve. The two version has been published by the world and has also been studied by the world. However, few people have made a comparative study of them from the perspective of translation. In view of this, this paper discusses the comparative study of the two Chinese versions of Shilo's net under the perspective of adaptation theory. In the process of translation, the choice of the translation language is also a process of dynamic adaptation. From the four dimensions of the theory of adaptation, this paper analyzes the carnation translation and the dissolve translation, and compares the two translations with the contextual relations, the language structure and the degree of consciousness of the translation process. On the other hand, the two versions are compared in the physical world, the social world and the psychological world. Secondly, in terms of language structure, the adaptation of the two translation to the style of the original and the language, the vocabulary and the sentence level is analyzed. Again, in the aspect of dynamic adaptation, the two translations are compared in terms of time context and language structure. In the end, in terms of the degree of consciousness in the adaptation process, we mainly discuss how the two translation makes a choice according to the purpose of translation and the response of the reader. Through the comparative analysis of the two Chinese versions of "Charlotte's net >" by applying the theory of adaptation, the following three conclusions are found: first, under the guidance of the four dimensions of the adaptation theory The present solution is better in conformity with the cognitive ability of children, the language style and the original text. Secondly, the comparative analysis of the two Chinese versions of Shilo's net by adaptation theory proves the guidance and evaluation of the adaptation theory to the translation of children's literature, and expands the scope of adaptation. Finally, this paper uses the theory of adaptation to "Shilo" This translation study of classical children's literature also provides a theoretical reference and reference for other children's literature translation studies.
