论素质教育背景下的“艺考热”

【摘要】: 从上个世纪九十年代后期开始,我国艺术类考生快速增长,多数高等艺术院校和师范院校艺术专业大幅度扩招、普通高校纷纷增设艺术类专业,形成“艺考热”(“艺术报考热”和“艺术招生热”)。其原因是多方面的:首先是社会政治经济的发展使人们对艺术的需求日益增长,从而促进了艺术行业的发展;其次是素质教育的倡导使艺术教育被日益重视;再次,艺术类专业对文化课的要求相对较低,使一些文化课较差的学生转而学艺术以期走“高考捷径”;此外,文化娱乐业的“造星”节目等,使部分学生热衷于“一夜成名”,追逐艺术类职业的高收入高回报;最后,高等教育大众化进程中,高校利用其自主招生的便利,扩大艺术类专业招生数量或增设艺术类专业,以求扩大规模、寻求经济利益最大化,等等。“艺考热”现象的出现,对考生来说,就是追逐升学、就业的机会,而对高校来说,就是希望能求得进一步发展。 “艺考热”的出现,无疑推动了全社会的艺术教育,繁荣了艺术市场,使全社会艺术素质有了整体提高,但也伴随着生源整体质量下降、艺术院校或艺术专业教学质量下降、艺术生就业出现危机、社会资源浪费等一系列负面效应,与此同时,传统精英艺术院校在生源数量和质量上受到较大冲击。 本文对目前“艺考热”的现状和存在问题进行了反思,并提出了若干建议:要把当前“艺考热”现象放到社会的素质教育大背景下理性看待;从政府层面来讲,要对高等教育大众化背景下的传统精英艺术院校给予扶持,使传统精英艺术院校保持发展势头;要加强对艺术教育的管理(用正确的舆论引导全社会端正艺术教育理念,对艺术教育要制定整体规划并稳定招生规模以及实行分类办学,注重构建业务水准评估机制和加强监督力度,同时还要不断增加教育资金投入);从艺术院校层面来讲,要提高自身素质(改革创新、积极探索多元化的办学模式,合理调整学科专业设置、注重人才培养,加强师资培训、提高教师素质,优化课程设置、注重特色教学,加强教学管理、全面提升教学质量,优化毕业生质量,加强院校联动、整合学术资源等)。总之,通过一系列的努力,使艺术教育真正繁荣起来。

Art majors have relatively low requirements for cultural courses, so that some of the students with poor cultural courses turn to art in order to take the "shortcut to the college entrance examination." in addition, some students are keen on "overnight fame" because of the "star-making" programs in the cultural entertainment industry. Finally, in the process of popularizing higher education, colleges and universities take advantage of the convenience of their independent enrollment to expand the number of art majors or to increase the number of art majors in order to expand their scale. Seek maximum economic benefits, etc. For examinees, the phenomenon of "art test fever" is the pursuit of opportunities for higher education and employment, and for colleges and universities, it is the hope of further development. The emergence of the "Art examination craze" undoubtedly promoted the art education of the whole society, flourished the art market, and improved the overall artistic quality of the whole society, but also accompanied by the decline in the overall quality of students and the decline in teaching quality in art schools or art majors. There are a series of negative effects such as employment crisis of art students, waste of social resources and so on. At the same time, the quantity and quality of students in traditional elite art colleges are greatly impacted. This paper reflects on the present situation and existing problems of "Art examination fever", and puts forward some suggestions: to put the current phenomenon of "skill examination fever" under the background of quality education in society and to treat it rationally from the government level, It is necessary to give support to the traditional elite art colleges under the background of the popularization of higher education, to keep the development momentum of the traditional elite art colleges, to strengthen the management of the art education (to guide the whole society to correct the concept of art education with correct public opinion), For art education, it is necessary to formulate an overall plan, stabilize the enrollment scale and implement classified schools, pay attention to the establishment of a mechanism for evaluating professional standards and strengthen supervision, and at the same time continuously increase the investment in education funds); from the level of art colleges and universities, To improve their own quality (reform and innovation, actively explore a diversified mode of running schools, reasonable adjustment of discipline and specialty settings, pay attention to talent training, strengthen teacher training, improve the quality of teachers, optimize the curriculum, pay attention to characteristic teaching, Strengthen teaching management, improve teaching quality, optimize the quality of graduates, strengthen the linkage of colleges and universities, integrate academic resources, etc. In short, through a series of efforts to make art education really prosperous.
