工匠文化的周边及其核心展开:一种分析框架

【摘要】：在系统论视野下,工匠文化体系实质就是工匠群体所创生的区域文化聚集区,并由一定数量的具有相对独立性的特质文化及其子文化构成。工匠文化是人类社会最为重要的手作知识系统,它的周边聚集了工匠创物、工匠手作、工匠制度、工匠精神等四位数量的特质文化,从而建构出完整的"四位一体"的工匠文化知识体系。工匠精神是工匠文化体系中的最为核心文化,对它的展开就是对工匠文化的传承与创新发展的一种社会化路径的选择与定位,并在一定程度上反映工匠精神在社会职场、精神文明建设以及生命文化谱系中的救赎价值。
[Abstract]:In the view of system theory, artisans' cultural system is essentially a regional cultural gathering area created by craftsmen, and is composed of a certain number of relatively independent characteristic cultures and their children's cultures. Artisan culture is the most important handwork knowledge system in human society. It is surrounded by a four-digit idiosyncratic culture of artisan creation, craftsmanship, and craftsmanship. Thus, a complete knowledge system of craftsman's culture is constructed. Craftsman spirit is the most core culture in the craftsman culture system. Its development is the choice and orientation of a socialized path for the inheritance and innovative development of the craftsman's culture, and to a certain extent reflects the craftsman's spirit in the social workplace. The value of redemption in the construction of spiritual civilization and the genealogy of life culture.
