《红高粱家族》葛浩文译本中文化负载词语翻译的归化与异化

　　语言是文化的重要载体和表现形式。词语作为语言的基本单位,是文化传播的符号与媒介。文化负载词语,作为词语的特殊群体,含有并反映某个国家或某个民族的特色文化,具有鲜明的历史性和地域性,是文化密不可分的部分。在跨文化交际日益频繁的今天,翻译的文化传播责任与日俱增。但是,在翻译中,有些文化负载词语在目的语中找不到对应词语,有些在目的语中能够找到所谓的对应词语,寓意却大相径庭。在这些文化负载词语的翻译中,若翻译保留原汁原味的原语文化,却不被目的语读者接受,或者翻译获得目的语读者的青睐,却丢失了原语特色,都不利于原语文化的传播;翻译只有兼顾原语特色的保持和目的语读者的接受,才能让原语文化得到有效传播。文化负载词语的翻译是文化传承的关键,也是翻译界的重要课题。在翻译过程中,翻译者总会面临两种翻译策略的选择——归化和异化。归化和异化理论最早由美籍学者劳伦斯·韦努蒂在《译者的隐形》中提出。前者主张将外来文学本土化,把国外的价值观归化到目的语中以适应本土读者;后者推崇保留原语文化,体现文化差异,尽量让本土读者去接近原语作者。归化和异化是处理文化负载词语的两大重要翻译策略,但关于如何使用归化和异化策略翻译文...
