《毒木圣经》中殖民意识的矛盾性解读

【摘要】：芭芭拉·金索尔弗是美国当代著名作家,其小说《毒木圣经》自问世以来颇受欢迎,得到了国内外学者的广泛关注。到目前为止,很少有人关注作品中所蕴含的殖民主义意识。本文依据后殖民主义的相关理论,解读作品中的种族主义、东方主义等,阐释金索尔弗的殖民主义倾向。剖析了作者对非洲被殖民者形象的另类塑造、对非洲文化的全新阐释、对殖民主义和帝国主义种种罪行的批判,揭露了殖民主义和帝国主义日趋衰落的必然趋势,体现了金索尔弗的反殖民主义意识。小说将金索尔弗矛盾的殖民意识淋漓尽致地展现出来。
[Abstract]:Barbara Kim Solver is a famous contemporary American writer. Her novel venomous Bible has been popular since it was published and has been widely concerned by scholars at home and abroad. So far, few people have paid attention to the colonial consciousness contained in the works. Based on the relevant theories of post-colonialism, this paper interprets racism and Orientalism in his works, and explains Kim Solver's colonial tendency. This paper analyzes the author's alternative shaping of the image of the colonized people in Africa, his new interpretation of African culture, and his criticism of the crimes of colonialism and imperialism, which reveals the inevitable trend of the decline of colonialism and imperialism, and embodies Kim Solver's consciousness of anti-colonialism. The novel shows Kim Solver's contradictory colonial consciousness vividly and vividly.
