儿童文学翻译中的审美过程

【摘要】: 本文立足于儿童文学,对儿童文学翻译中的审美过程进行了探讨。文学翻译属于翻译中的一种特殊形式,而儿童文学更具有其独特性。自从“五四”时期以来,先后有大量著名的经典儿童文学作品被译入中国。然而,长期以来,译者总是从成人的心理特征和审美意识出发,对儿童文学作品进行翻译,忽略了儿童固有的认知能力和审美意识。本文基于现代翻译美学理论,在文中陈述了翻译中存在的双重审美过程。原文与译文同属审美客体,译者与读者属于审美主体。译者通过对原文的理解,,转换,加工,再现了审美过程的第一阶段。而本文侧重于探讨审美过程的第二阶段,即儿童对译文的审美过程。作为独立的读者群,通过自己固有的认知能力,儿童有能力在阅读的过程中,自主地对读物进行审美活动。因此,在儿童文学翻译的过程中,如何根据儿童在不同年龄阶段的审美能力来翻译原文,日渐成为某些学者和专家关注的问题。本文通过分析儿童文学中的审美客体、审美主体和审美再现,试对儿童的审美意识与认知能力进行粗略的研究,以期对儿童文学的翻译起到参考作用。
