打破沉默：《女勇士》的对话理论解读

　　汤亭亭是当代美国文学中最出色的华裔美国女作家之一。她的代表作《女勇士：一个生活在“鬼”中间的女孩的童年回忆》被誉为华裔美国文学史上的一块里程碑。《女勇士》一书描述了华裔小女孩马克辛在美国的成长经历，真实的表现了她在两种文化边缘徘徊、挣扎，最终确立其华裔美国人身份的心路历程。《女勇士》自1976年出版以来，一直是文学批评家们研究的焦点。很多学者分别从后现代主义、女性主义、多元文化等角度对《女勇士》进行了阐释。本论文选择运用巴赫金的对话理论来全新地阐释《女勇士》。《女勇士》全书的叙述结构犹如一个大的对话体系，围绕着母女关系、女性主义与父权制的关系以及中美文化展开对话。书中的对话既包括不同人物及其所代表的意识和思想的对话(即巴赫金所谓的“大型对话”)，也包括人物内心两种声音和思想的交锋(即巴赫金所谓的“微型对话”)。这篇论文从四个不同角度来分析《女勇士》一书中的对话现象。论文主体由五章构成：第一章总体介绍了巴赫金的对话理论。巴赫金认为对话是存在的本质，人的主体建构只能在自我与他人的对话交际中实现。巴赫金将对话分为“大型对话”和“微型对话”。所谓“大型对话”，其实就是作品中作者和主人公、主人公...
