演员的身体训练

【摘要】:戏剧演员在进行表演的过程中,则要通过肢体语言、台词、表情等内容来诠释和展现人物的形象。而对于戏剧演员来说,对演员来说无论是哪一种形式的诠释和表演人物的角色都具有十分重要的地位。不同的演员对身体的训练有着不同的要求,戏曲表演者则是在身体的训练中要求能具备:唱、念、做、打等基本功,而戏剧表演者则需要进行:声、台、行、表的训练方法。本文将主要论述身体训练对戏剧演员的重要性,分析演员在进行表演的过程中身体的训练对演员塑造人物形象的作用和影响。戏剧表演中的形体与舞蹈中的形体有所不同,戏剧表演中的肢体训练更多地是服务于角色的需要,能更好地塑造人物的形象。本人多年来一直从事戏剧表演艺术教学,并在北京舞蹈学院进修学习,对演员的身体训练有了更进一步的了解。本文将主要针对戏剧表演专业身体训练的体系以及戏剧表演者如何进行身体训练的探究。同时,还将根据我在实践中所饰演的角色进行具体的案例分析,以此更加清晰地展现演员的身体训练对演员的重要性。
[Abstract]:In the process of performing, a dramatic actor uses body language, lines, expressions and other contents to interpret and display the image of the character. For an actor, either form of interpretation or the role of the acting character has a very important place. Different actors have different requirements for body training, while opera performers require that they have the ability to: sing, sing, sing, and sing. Basic skills such as reading, doing, playing and so on, while the performers of drama need to do: sound, stage, line, table training methods. This article will mainly discuss the importance of physical training to drama actors, This paper analyzes the role and influence of the body training of actors on the portrayal of characters in the process of performing. The body training in drama performance is different from that in dance, and the body training in drama performance is more to serve the needs of the role. I have been teaching the performing arts of drama for many years and studied at the Beijing Dance Academy. This article will mainly focus on the system of physical training of drama performance professional and how to conduct physical training of drama performers. At the same time, I will also make specific case studies based on the role I play in practice, so as to show the importance of physical training for actors more clearly.
