南昌市老年合唱团现状分析及研究

【摘要】：合唱是集体的歌唱活动,歌唱有益于身心健康已成为大众的共识。现今,合唱活动已成为全国参与人数最多、涉及面最广的一项文化活动,各事业单位、机关、学校、社区居委会都有不同规模的合唱团队,其中参与合唱活动的老年人占大多数。在老年群众中开展合唱活动,对满足老年人心理层面的精神需求、提升老年人审美观、推动崇尚健康的高雅艺术形式等有着积极作用。1946年,世界卫生组织组织法提出“健康三维”概念,即健康应包括生理、心理及社会环境三个方面,实践证明合唱艺术的确能从这三方面发挥特殊的积极作用。我国早于2000年步入老龄化社会,随着生活水平不断提高,养老政策逐步完善,我国基本上实现了老有所养、老有所依。但社会对于老年人的精神需求并未引起普遍重视,精神养老服务环节薄弱,老年合唱活动就是为精神养老服务的具体形式之一。本文以南昌市老年合唱团活动情况为研究对象,在文献资料收集和实地考查的基础之上,通过社会音乐社会学、音乐心理学、音韵学的研究方法对南昌市具有一定规模的老年合唱团进行观察和访谈,从侧面研究当下老年人的生活品质和精神文化需求,以求构建更为和谐的精神文明社会。
[Abstract]:Chorus is a collective singing activity, singing is beneficial to physical and mental health has become the consensus of the public. Today, chorus activities have become a cultural activity with the largest number of participants in the country and most extensive coverage. All institutions, schools, and community neighborhood committees all have choral groups of different sizes. Among them, the old people who participate in choral activities account for the majority. Conducting choral activities among the elderly people plays a positive role in meeting the psychological needs of the elderly, promoting the aesthetic standards of the elderly, and promoting the healthy and elegant art form. In 1946, The World Health Organization Act puts forward the concept of "three dimensions of health", that is, health should include three aspects: physiology, psychology and social environment. Practice has proved that chorus art can indeed play a special and positive role in these three aspects. China stepped into an aging society as early as 2000. With the improvement of living standards and the gradual improvement of the old-age policy, China has basically realized a sense of security and a basis for the elderly. However, the social spiritual needs of the elderly have not aroused widespread attention, mental pension service links are weak, the elderly choral activities is one of the specific forms of spiritual old-age care services. This paper takes the activities of the elderly Choir in Nanchang City as the research object, on the basis of literature collection and field examination, through the social music sociology, music psychology, The research method of phonology is to observe and interview the elderly choir which has a certain scale in Nanchang city to study the quality of life and the spiritual and cultural needs of the elderly from the side in order to construct a more harmonious spiritual civilization society.
