【摘要】：正在美国,涉及艺术品评估的协会有美同评估师协会(Appraisers Association of America)、美同社会评估师协会(American Society of Apprai sers)、国际评估师协会(International Society of Appraisers)等.协会对评估师有严格的素质要求,评估过程及评估报告的撰写必须遵守估价标准协会(Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice,以下简称USPAP)的规定.通过大量的调研、严谨的数据统汁从而判断出艺术品真正的价值,评估报告是能够评价艺术品价值的依据,是节术品市场健康、有序发展的重要保障
